''I don't know exactly..., but based on the snowstorm, it might be our next stop!'' Seishin shouted, while trying to cover his mouth and eyes from the snow.

The ship suddenly bonked against something. Crashing noise once again came out from inside the ship, followed by the usual noises of Lauren swearing excessively. A loud cranky voice could be heard from the side of the ship: "Hey...! Watch it!" Denim walked to look at what was in the direction of the noise, to notice a small rowboat with an old, bearded fisherman. The old man looked pissed. Denim stared at him for a moment before looking at least as pissed: "What the hell are you doing, old fart?! Your hook isn't even in the water since the surface is covered in ice...!" He then looked alot more serious, realizing something. The ship was also stuck in ice now. But then again, a rowboat must mean that they're close to an island. Denim started scratching his chin, apparently consumed in a vast sea of his own thoughts.

Salkut hopped down from the crow's nest. He walked to the side where the old man was at, leaning at the side of the ship while talking to him: "Heeey there! Catching any?" The old man looked grumpy as he turned around. Short break followed. Wind could be heard whistling. The old man finally opened his mouth: "Of course not. The hook isn't even in the water since the surface is covered in ice." Salkut stared at him in disbelief, starting to pull his sleeves back while telling himself something about asses, old men and kicking.

Seishin had fallen down from the crow's nest, because he wasn't really focused when the ship had collided. He got back up on his feet and hopped over to the side of the ship. ''Hey there fellow, could you tell us where is the nearest town and how long it will take for the log pose to settle?''

The old man slowly moved his hand to point at the direction of the light. Short silence followed again. Wind continued whistling. Snowflakes continued being pulled down by the gravity. Then, the old man finally spoke: "Ten meters ahead of you is the peer of Peasant Town." Salkut had calmed down a bit, so he talked to the old man: "Er... Do you meeeean pleasant, perhaps?" The old man replied much faster than earlier: "Did I say pleasant?" Salkut looked somewhat puzzled: "Uuuuh... No." The old man nodded, continuing to stare at his fishing pole: "Then it's called Peasant Town. Now piss off. You're scaring away the fish." Salkut proceeded to pull his sleeves back, mumbling something that ought to be censored.

Seishin looked at the man as if he was crazy. Eventually, before turning his back to him, he spoke up: ''Bit overkill...not allowed to chase the fish away, while nobody is going to fish....''

Then he did his geppou to fly off the ship onto the pier (OOC: peer=someone of the same age...does it also mean place for ships to land?) and shouted back: ''I'll be back in a few minutes!!''

OOC: I think it's one of those wooden raft things that ships usually park next to. Might be wrong, since this is one of the rare occasions when I didn't bother checking it first. xD

Salkut and Denim stood next to each other, shaking from the cold, blowing at their hands to keep warm. Both stared at the direction where Seishin had gone to. "10 meters distaaance!" Salkut stated. "10 meters." Denim quoted. "That's a bit faaaar." Salkut claimed. "And the ship is stuck here." Denim added. "Think weee can jump that far?" Salkut asked. "Want to try to find out?" Denim replied. "Not reeeeally." Salkut responded. "Me neither." Denim added. "Any ooother ideas?" Salkut asked. "We could try to walk on the ice." Denim suggested. "It might not hooold our weight." Salkut replied. "True." Denim replied. "Might end up in the waaater." Salkut added. "In the water." Denim quoted. "Hammers. Boooth of us." Salkut added once again. "Hammers in the water." Denim concluded. "Then what should we dooo-" Salkut was cut short as Deo slammed both of them off with his guitar, sending them flying toward the peer. "Shaddap already!" He shouted after them.

By the time Salkut and Denim had arrived at the pier, Seishin had already vanished into the snow. After a bit of walking, he noticed that all the people behaved a bit odd. They hardly talked and they avoided any means of other contact.

There also were no real pubs to be seen; The houses were in poor condition and there were no shops, only a few buildings with 'distribute' written on them.

"Heeey, hey... What's with this dump?" Salkut instantly began moaning and complaining as if he was on a boy scouts field trip. He stopped one of the locals who was walking by. "Hey, wheeeere's the local pub?" Salkut asked, holding the mans shoulder. The man jerked it off, looking annoyed. He kept a rather long break, as if he had to think hard: "Go down the... Town, until you... Uhh... Notice the old ... You know...! Then turn left... Until you see the-" He slapped his forehead as if he had done a huge mistake. Salkut and Denim looked confused. "The old what?" Denim asked. The man walked away, apparently pissed off. Salkut shrugged unknowingly, before heading to a random direction in the town. Denim followed.

Seishin got tired of just observing the villagers, so he decided to try and talk to one. But he was mostly ignored and when he persisted, they only became angry and whatever they said, it never made any sense. So Seishin just headed back to the ship again.

"Explorer Salkut the Succesful... The first!" Salkut shouted as he had actually found and entered a local pub. Denim bonked his head before pushing him inside. The local people gave them a whole bunch of mean glares. It was dead silent. Denim took a seat in front of the counter. Salkut stood there, staring at the bottles presented. The barkeep stared at them, constantly cleaning some glass while at it. A pot of cookies was placed on the counter. Salkut grinned happily.
