Barry managed to finally let out a sigh of relief, his head nudging up and down slowly. Odd buzzing noise kept strengthening in his ears. And the damned tongue was still keeping his back pinned against the pillar.

The buzzing noise kept getting louder and louder. Barry looked down, noticing the tongue that straightened out somewhere in the distance ahead of him. It was slowly, yet surely, getting thicker again. And the noise kept getting louder. He realized what was going on now.

What started off as a buzzing noise soon took the form of a deafening whistle. Barry grinded his teeth together, swallowing heavily as he uncomfortably waited for the final blow. A quiet mumble came out his mouth: "Bugger- Stop..."

He never even saw it as the non-existant dot in the distance got close enough to strike him. A massive crushing, bending and crashing noise echoed throughout the island as one unconscious body struck against that of a recently conscious one. The metal pillar which Barry had been tied into gave in, breaking. The entire velocity of speed Salkut had swifted over into Barry during the impact, with the tongue unwrapping itself due to the pillar being torn apart. The far wall of the warehouse exploded as Barry was sent soaring through the island. A huge chunk of metal panels were taken along with him, as he zoomed through the island.

Salkut would simply plummet onto the ground, having lost every single trace of consciousness as it was.



Jetty was getting himself back together. He had seen a field of flowers, and danced with the birds flying around it for a brief while, until finding himself back at the island, barely standing upright in a minor crater. His tongue flung out of his mouth as he rapidly shook his head to try and get himself back together. He licked his lips for a moment, blinking a few times. Couldn't hear anything. Couldn't see anything. Couldn't feel anything. He tried to say something, but only gibberish came out.

Fortunate enough, since the very next moment he simply seemed to vanish from where he was standing. A loud clang came out as he did, as if something had hit him. As it did.



Lemmy, after getting a hit on the head, seemed to have been KO'd as it was. His head become significantly softer thanks to the final resort-attack of his, which resulted in him taking much higher damage from the attack than one would've probably intended. While still trying to fall on his face on the ground. Same event as with Jetty followed. A loud clang, with Lemmy seemingly disappearing from the sight.



Further away, Tally had been getting beat up into a pulp by a bunch of their own androids for quite a while now. It appears Yuki had opted to not help him out. Another clang followed, with him vanishing as well.



As of that day, something strange took place within the Grand Line. Several island placed on a line reported of an unseen force impaling buildings, mountains, forests or anything that would come into it's path. Wether the Big Four of the Roid Industries ended up flying off into the space or not, no one knows. Does anyone care? No one knows either...!

[Shadowing]

Seishin soared through the ravages and noticed Salkut lying there, unconscious with a lot of brutal wounds. It looked as if Salkut's head had been used as punching bag in a hall for hard-hitter boxers for a whole decade. Seriously doubting whether the captain would ever recover from this, Seishin ordered his javelin to bring Salkut to the ship. Fast.
Seishin went on to look for the others and noticed they wre more or less okay, so he returned to the ship, intending to take a good nap.

Sanada arrived at the ship. He looked like a crab, a blistered one to boot. He was seriously aching from his burns, but at least he'd beaten Lemmy. He smiled faintly, upon ariiving at the deck

Deo and Denim returned to the ship soon enough, both looking tired and battered; although Deo had obviously taken more punishment. They had confronted more otters. With more variations in their physical alterations and weaponry. Which had inspired Deo to crack more half-assed jokes. Which had inspired Denim's fury. Which had inspired some serious manhandling. Yuki had joined them during their trip back, with ongoing chatter regarding 'awesome magic tricks' not having stopped once.

Nothing much had changed at the ship since people had left. The remnants of the Jaws were still around it. The ship itself had straightened itself up. Mantis sat there, legs crossed, staring away to the distance. Despite not looking like it, he was unconscious. He had a delicate stomach. And rolling around rapidly on a track on the seas had not been too friendly to the said stomach.

Lauren, on the other hand, had KO'd herself with a pan as of earlier on.

Also, mysteriously enough, the duo of Kitty and Jasper were nowhere to be seen.

Salkut and Seishin arrived at the ship just seconds after each other and Seishin hauled himself straight up into the crow's nest to get a good bit of sleep. He thought he deserved it.

[Deathtanz Mantisk]

"The sun is about to set." Deo commented, staring away as the last rays of sunlight crawled over the towers of bronze. Denim acknowledged this with a soft hum. He glared at Salkut lying on his back on the deck, his eyes turned around, but his chest moving slowly, meaning that he was breathing. "We should probably spend the night here before heading out to the seas again." Denim said, although he wasn't sure about the possibility of androids and whatnot still roaming around. Still, their ever-cautious scout should worry about that matter.

Deo rambled at Mantis about the brilliant 'otter'-jokes he had come up with, realizing after a mere ten minutes that Mantis wasn't listening. A few fingerpokes later he figured out that the good man wasn't even awake.

Night and sleeping followed.

[Shadowing]

Seishin fell asleep and failed to notice anything at all. His javelin however was awake and played the part of watchman.

Narrator: The next day everybody was awake.
*Loud snoring ensued*
Narrator yells: The next day everybody was awake
*narrator gets Sanada's shoe in his face and snoring continued*

OOC: For the sake of making the sea seem bigger, we'll toss in a few more days!

Several days and nights passed. Some would count six. Nothing important took place during those days. No ships could be spotted. A few sea kings tried their luck, yet ended up sinking down one way or another. Until...

Day seven arrived. Clear as any, which was rather nice, since it had been raining like no ends the last two days.

Lauren declared that she'd be making stew out of the remaining bits of meat she got out of the mechanic island they left seven days ago. Denim attempted to explain to her that rusted pieces of bronze don't count as meat, showing how many teeth he had lost while attempting to chew at the said stuff as of earlier. No use. He was eventually tossed out of the kitchen with a threat of "either the stew breaks your teeth or this fist right here will".

Mantis got up, standing up as soon as he did - with neither yawning or stretching taking place as he did. He walked over to the side of the ship, noticing how suprisingly dark the water surrounding the ship was. Were they leaking something which coloured it like that...?

[Suiken no Hatori]

Sanada was on deck. His blisters and burns had healed quite a bit, and his skin was slowly coming off. He stood by Mantis, and also noticed the somewhat dark water.
"Oi Mantis-kun, ever seen water this dark?"
