Name: Jasper Holler Age: 16 Gender: Male Home Town: Ordon Island. Occupation: Pirate. Artist Eyes: He has one icy blue eye and another electric green one. Hair: Red and spikey Body: He is short but muscular and pretty tan. Height: 5' Weight: 125lb. Description: He's very fast and smart. Also very stealty. He also has an abnormal sense of balance. He can also come across as a pathalogical lier, and a compulsive thief (both of wich he is very skilled at). Personality: He tends to lie alot and seems very serious. He is also extreamly had to get to know, but once you do, his weird artist self shows through. He can be very moody at times but is usualy just a goof. His says that since he's and artist it's ok to be tempremental, goofy and moody. He is rather ecentric and tends to strike strange posses. Though he can be wierd and crazy, he becomes serious instantly in a fight and will ruthlessly destroy any one and anything in his way. Your never sure if you can trust him so it's best to get a seccond oppinion since he always lies and is so good at it. Clothes: He wears a white jacket that is open and has a combined picture of a sun and moon (think Zelda: The Windwaker, the Earth Temple (i think)) that splits down the middle and he has no undershirt. He also has white pants and as 2 swords that are on his left hip. Generally he wears a black cloak with fancy ornate gold markings on it and the same color trim that covers his eyes and hands. Weapons: 2 swords hung on his back like above. Both of the blades are radiantly white, but generally have added color/effect from Jasper's devil fruit. They lack any cross guards and their sheith (sp) blends perfectly into the hilt of the sword (think Sauske's sword that he eventually gets, but similar to Kaku's, just the sheiths are white) and are made of seastone. He also has 2 pistols and 2 flare guns along with a spider like crab clinging to his back (see below). Carries an ocarina.
Techniques/Attacks:[/B] Uses the attacks of his devil fruit along with his fast, acrobatic sword fighting style. Specialties: He's great fighter, great thief, he can fire a cannon very well, and can play his ocarina (along with most other insruments) very well. He is also a very good artist (not sure how relevant that is but you never know). He's slightly hyperactive, but at othertimes only interested in sleeping and has major mood swings. Pirate Crew: The Freaks and Creeps Assosiation Bounty: 10 million belli Devil Fruit: Light Light Fruit Devil Fruit Ability: Light Light Fruit; type- Logia. Allows the user to become, manipulate, and tap a limitless ammount of light from their body. The user can release any kind of light on the spectrum, but the 'defult' light is a bright yellow color. They can also solidify light into a tangibal substance. This devil fruit has a seemingly odd weakness when you first think of it- intense light. While this seems odd, if you think a little harder it makes sense, as light appears brighter and stronger in the dark, while in bright light, it appeares weaker and faded. Light Light Flash: This is the most basic techinque that Jasper has in his devil fruit arsenal. It, as the name implies, simply releases and intense burst of light that can temporaraly (or permently) blind an opponent.
Light Light Bend: Another basic techinque that is used for spying and sneeking purposes. It involves the user bending the rays of light around them, meaning that they don't absorb or reflect any light, making them effectivly invisible.
Flicker Flash: This attack is very similiar to soru. The user simply partially turns themselves into light allowing them to move at near light speeds. They could, in theory, move at light speed, but wouldn't be able to controll where their going with out near total mastery of the devil fruit.
Light Light Lens: Yet another basic attack that allows Jasper to make a make shift lens in his hands by manipulating light. He can, in theory, see "through" solid objects by bending the incomming light from where ever he is looking around the object he is looking through and redirecting it to his eyes. It can also be used to allow him to see much farther than any standard telescope.
Hobbies: Fighting, looking for treasure. Likes: TREASURE!!!! He's completely obsesed with it. He also likes downpours and playing games/cards and gambaling, which he almost never looses at. Dislikes: Empty treasure chests, the dark. Family: All are dead. Friends/Allies: Kitty. Rivals: The Whole Navy. Heroes: No one. Dreams: Find a crew that he can belong to. Learn Roukushiki (sp) techniques. (like Seishin) History: His family was killed when he was young and left him with his backpack that he carries with him. In it there was a fancy chest with no key and beside it was the swords he now uses. He surched night and day for the key (his mad seach contributed to his desire for treasure) but couldn't find it. One day (years later)he saw a strange man with the key around his neck (He could tell 'cause it had the sun-and-moon pattern just like the chest and his swords). The man wouldn't give it to him and Jasper got angry. He then killed him and his henchmen in a bar. It turned out that he was a medium ranked Navy officer who had planned and help executed the attack on Jaspers family (the only reason that Jasper himself wasn't killed was because he had gone to his favorite spot in the forest where no one can find him). Then he took the key from the dead man and left (eveyone in the bar just got out of his way). When he got home he opened the chest and found a "fancy fruit" (along with a 2 jet dials, an axe dial, and reject dial). Only after he ate it did he see that a note was in the bottom that stated it was The Light Light Fruit and that his parents had stolen it from a pirate crew to keep them from using it. Other: He has a strange thing clinging to his back that looks like a heap of junk. It is actually his pet crab that ate the Junk Junk Fruit (can't think of a better name) which caused him to loose his shell (which was replaced with a metal coating). This cursed fruit allows the user to pick up and attach any object to them, causing a kind of gene splicing that allows Titan (the name of the crab) to take on the attributes of the object. (That is kind'a confusing so here) Right now the objects that he has attached to him at all times are a large water faucet, a flame thrower nozle, what looks like a giant circuit on a platform, and a large gas bomb. These weapons allow him to shoot fire, release poison gas, launce presurized acidic water shots, and throw small metal balls that he can launch electrical currents through. As far as his looks, he looks like the titan dweevl from Pikmin 2 (which is what inspired him). He basicaly looks like a crab with no shell that walks on 4 legs that come out of the top of its body (which only has one part to it with 8 eyes). It also has 2 limbs with odd dark red things comming off the sides that he uses for phisical attacks and are sharp and similar to fangs. And finally he has 2 more limbs comming off the side of his body that have the pincers on them that have morphed into small claws for taking off the held objects and using them as weapons. Also, as a result of likeing to hold metal objects over anything, it generally does which has resulted in it being coverd with a secondary, metal exoskeleton.
Kitty: Kitty is Japser's best and only friend. She met him a short while after he had eaten the Light Light Fruit. She had been a devil fruit user for sum time and made a good sparing partner. She has always thought of him as her little brother that constantly needs protection (which can annoy Japer).

She has good aim with her pistols and and fur (see below). Is a talented doctor. Eyes: Bright green. Pupils are highly reflective. Hair: Black and comes down to here chin. Looks a little messy. Body: Is fairly tall and thin. Quite muscular. Has pale skin. Height: 5'6" Weight: How dare you ask a woman's weight?! Description: She is quick as a cat (lol) but not all that fast. She has quick reactions and is smart but here movements seem eratic and unpredictable. Clothes: She wares a small white, open jacket that comes to the top of her stomach with a black T-shirt under it. The T has a picture of a cat drinking some milk on it. She also wears fairly long, bell-bottom type pants and a bell around her neck. Weapons: 2 Pistols. Special Techniques/Attacks: Her devil fruit powers. Specialties: She is a good fighter and a very skilled cook. She would make a good assasian as she is silent in nearly everything she does (except her voice). Pirate Crew: The Freaks and Creeps Assosiation. Bounty: None Devil Fruit: Cat Cat Fruit: Modle Tabby Devil Fruit Ability: Zoan type- This devil fruit, as the name implies, allows the user to transform into a cat or half cat form to fight or sneak around. In the half can fighting mode, the user is coved with very hard fur, has long claws, vicious teeth, and is much much faster. This devil fruit also grants the user uncanny healing abilities. Personality: She is very bubbly, loud, and silly. She always says that Jasper is a little too serious and she greatly dislikes 'grumpypusses'. Hobbies: Cooking, talking, cartwheeling, talking, dancing, talking.... TALKING! Having 'girl time'. Likes: Talking, 'girl time'. Happy, bubbly people, and people who listen to here wild stories. Taking in stray cats. Milk. Dislikes: 'Grumpypusses'. People who would hert or belittle Jasper. Family: Unknown. Friends/Allies: Jasper. Rivals: Anyone who doesn't like Jasper. Heroes: The stray cats of the world. Dreams: To be the grand overlord of all cats. Also, she would like to proclaim here stories to the world. History: She grew up without a family at all, but very good friends that sort of adopted here (she's similar to Orehima from Bleach). She had always had an strange connection with cats and would adopt any stray she could. On day a group of cats brough here the devil fruit when she was nearly starving (as she had spent all her money on cat food). She than gained her devil fruit power and quickly gained 'friendship' with Jasper. When Jasper got his devil fruit she helped him with it and spared with him untill he 'left her' to become a pirate.
I hope my character isn't too bad. I don't know alot about One Piece as I don't read the Magna and haven't seen about the last ten or so episodes. Although I am a little behind on what's happing I'v always loved One Piece.
By the way, what's a shipwright? He might be able to be that.

Making a second character as inspiration has just struck me. Would like to join Stormguard. Name: Mikau Japas Nickname: None Age: 17 Gender: Male Home Town: Fishman Island Occupation: Marine (I'm not really sure if fishmen can be marines but...) Eyes: Completly black Hair: None, has a small kind of fin on his head. Body: He is of average height and fairly muscular. He had light blue "skin" and is covered in tatoos. Height: 5'11" Weight: 190 lbs Description: He is farily fast and of average intellegence. Clothes: None. (nothing shows) He is covered in tatoos that look similar to jewlery and has a black tatoo on his head that look like the bottoms of anchors. (Think of a zora form Zelda for most of his body, specificaly Mikau from Majora's Mask) Has very small yellow fins on his arms that are really only visible as protrusions off the end of his elbos. Weapons: His fins, which he can freely enlarge from small and compact, to much larger, about the size of his entire arm. Also has what looks like a giant spiked metal flower comming out of his back. What would be the outside of the petals have seastone spikes on them while the insides each have a whole in them along with handles. In the middle is an odd looking device that constantly, slowly rotates. He generaly fights by taking two of the petals off and holding onto them with the handles, but in more serious fight he takes them all out. He attaches a chain to each of the wholes in the petals and controlls them with it, while standing on the center piece. Then by shifting his weight, he can quickly move in any direction he wants, while attacking or defending with all eight petals. Special Techniques/Attacks: None really. Specialties: He's a musician, cook, and fighter. He mainly brings a guitar with him, but he is skilled with many different kinds of instruments and is a fast learner. Pirate Crew: None, he's a marine. Bounty: None, he's a marine. Devil Fruit: None. Devil Fruit Ability: None. Personality: Very happy-go-lucky. Seems to not have a care in the world. Also had problems with authority figures. I generally just a nice guy; very talkative. Hobbies: Swimming, cooking, laughing. Likes: People. Dislikes: People who thinks they are supior. (sp) Family: None really. He does have parents and whatnot but they aren't close to him. Friends/Allies: No one as of yet. Rivals: No one. Heroes: None. Dreams: None. History: As he was growing up on fishman island, he angered alot of people as he would get into fights with other fishmen when they would boast about how there race is so much better that any other. He also had the tendancy to defend humans and as a result was banashed.
After he left, he came across some pirates who he actually ended up liking. They were later captured by a group of marines who noticed him and how he seemed different from the pirates. He was actually very happy with the whole ordeal of being captured, as he like the justice of the marines and how the brought 'equality' in his eyes. They ended up talking to him and he flat out said that he wanted to become a marine.
Now, after becoming a marine, he has learned that not all marines are in it just for the justice and that everyone has their own motives. (He generally has the mind of a child in that he sees the world as it should be, not as it is.) He actually realized that many marines are just the opposite of that, that they are in it only for the glory or the extermination of pirates, which, in Mikau's eyes, are like to a race. Therefor, he has a want to protect them to an extent. All of this led him to become a bounty hunter, as he could put tyrants and big criminals to justice, while choosing to preserve certain groups or specific people based on what they have done and such. This has led him to be held in high reguard in many high ranked marines, as he is very dutiful, while he still gets to support his beliefs.

Hair: Black, fairly short and spiky. Body: Fairly muscular but by no means huge, very pale skin. Height: 5'7" Weight: 197 lbs. Description: Very well rounded but has more speed than anything eles. Clothes: A black tattered cloak that covers most of his body. It opens in the front to reveal his abdomen and what looks like a large red orb that's embeded right in the middle of it. Anything below this simply looks as though the cloak is covering up the fact that he has no legs. Weapons: A large syth that's blade comes out of the mouth of a skull. Blade is seastone edged. Special Techniques/Attacks: To be revealed Specialties: Inflicting pain, blackmailing. Pirate Crew: Cosmic Pirates Bounty: None Devil Fruit: Pain Pain Fruit Devil Fruit Ability: Allows the user to freely inflict and controll pain. The user can pass a part or all of their body through a person to inflict varying ammounts of pain on the target. The can also amplify the pain of any wound from afar, as well as stop pain all togather, meaning they don't have to feel it, though they still get injured. This devil fruit also gives the user an odd dominion over wounds and a kind of healing power. The user can also controll wounds on himself or anyone else. This allows them to move wounds from one place or even person to another, though in transfers between people, both people and Zant must be touching each other. The wound controll can also allow them to disperse wounds over ones body, so a fatal slash can become nothing more than many small cuts on the targes body, or vice versa. The only limitation is that the wounds cannot change in size, so the user can't just completly heal a wound, or just make one out of nothing. Personality: Very cold and VERY evil, but in a commical way. Enjoys watching others suffer and is very full of himself. He always introduces himself as Zant the Painless, Lord of Darkness and Creator of Chaos. This tends to get on everyone's nerves. Despite his being full of himself and his own powers, he does have reason as he can be very reliable in a fight. He generally stalks around towns, preaching of his evils to any idiot who will listen. He also has a very overactive imagination. Hobbies: Torturing, causing pain, making chaos. Likes: Fire, pain. Dislikes: Happy people. Family: Parents back on Skull Island, could be dead by now. Friends/Allies: None. Rivals: None. Heroes: None. Dreams: Nothing really. History: He was born on Skull Island, a very poor island that is ruled by the Pirates of Pain. The make their 'home' in Skull Cove, from which they rule the island. When Zant was born, the village shaman told his parents to cast him out, as he would be a cause of great suffering. They didn't listen and continued raising Zant.
After Zant had grown a little older, he had been sneaking into Skull Cove for quite some time, stealing a little gold here and some silve there. But one day he found an odd fruit on top of a treasure chest. He went up to it, and being poor and often hungry. It tasted awful and he made a ruckus. The alerted a guard who came to capture him. When he got to Zant, Zant kicked him. To both their suprise, Zant's foot went right through the guards shin, and the guard began screaming in pain. Zant then ran away. When he got home, the whole village had already heard of what he had done and tried to capture him. He ran to a small boat by the docks and took it, sailing away. (His parents where captured for not bringing him to the pirates.) He's been on the seas ever since.
