Clothes: pants reaching between his knees and feet; shirt leaving his arms bare (don’t know the name :$); shoes meant for outdoor sports.
Weapons: throwing knives, impact dial, javelin (short spear) and a set of other dials coming in handy in quite a lot of situations.

History: After being found in a barrel on sea by some merchants, he grew up in a big city and sometimes he’d go out on the sea to another place to sell some items. From his stepfather, the merchant who had found him, he learned how to handle knives, how to hide them in his clothes and how to throw them. One day he got in a brawl with a drunken pirate and he accidentally injured a marine who jumped in while he was throwing a knife. At that point Seishin got two choices: 1. become a criminal or 2. join the marines to atone for it. And thus he joined the marines. After a few years of rigorous training he was able to master the rokushiki arts and Seishin became a CP9 member shortly afterwards.
However, when he learned of all the foul acts of the World Government Seishin decided he didn’t want to be a marine anymore and so he left the CP9 ranks. To survive Seishin needed money and thus he started bringing in some low bounties. Low enough not to attract too much attention, but big enough to live the way he wanted. After a while Seishin decided to make a trip around the world and since he wasn’t entirely sure if he could make a living of bringing in small bounties while travelling around the world, Seishin became a mercenary and accepted offers which brought him to another place in the world. Doing this he got himself a small bounty too. Someday however he was hit by the knock-up stream and found himself being on a vast sea of clouds. He was back to how he was years ago: in a barrel drifting on an ocean. He had a lot of luck, because he was close to the gate to skypieia. Once there Seishin had no intention of going back. This was due to the warm welcome of the residents (this took place after Enel was taken down). He learned handling a javelin and dials from Gan Fall. After 3 years of residence on Skypieia, Seishin took one of the scooters, (waaah forgot the name again), and left to see how it was going back down on the blue sea. Upon returning to his former hometown he saw no more notice of his bounty. It appeared his bounty had been cleared, so he could start from scratch...
