Alchemy: Metal. Focusing more on the offensive but also uses a wide variety of defensive equipment, he transmutes his large flail containg of a large steel spiked ball, a iron chain about 2 feet long, and a solid copper handle into various other close range and long range weapons, as well as some forms of defensive items.

History: After the disappearence of the Elric brothers, Second Lieutenant Breda Heymans decided that he was going to train in alchemy to become a better assistant to his long time friend and comrade in arms, Roy Mustang. Choosing to provide a more hands on appraoch in battle, Breda decided to practice metallic alcehemy, allowing him to create a limitless arrray of both long range and close range weaponry.

Through his training, Breda often referenced many of the materials the Fullmetal Alchemist had left behind regarding the transmutation of various steel and ores the Edward himself had used and also under took some training from Alex Louis Arstrong on close range combat. As time progressed on his training, he found that the best all purpose weapon that he was able to use was a large steel flail, as it was a functional close and mid-range weapon while offering a large amount of usable materials in all its parts.

Upon completion of his training and acceptance as a State Alchemist, Breda Heymans was promoted to the rank of Major General, but still reamined loyal to Roy Mustang and all his freinds. Even to this day, you will often find him hussling money out of his friends ina friendly game of go or chess.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but

Although all the higher ranks have been taken you can still enter, however your starting rank can only be as high as Major, if you're making a military officer

so you have to start at another rank.

Maybe a Major (as told by Tipsy of Colonel), for the Approved Stamp to remain as it is...

Can't really say that because it is an actual character, i think. Unless Fatty made it up, then it isn't considered to be like shikamaru, but an original character of a completely different anime.

It looks good but Hanashiro already has metal alchemy, while you aren't required specifically to create your own it would offer more variety to the RP. As Scyther and Tip said you can only start as high as Major.

Changed. The problem with the elements is that there are only so many in the world. What matters is how each alchemy is used by each person. I.E; Edward Elrics bending earth and metal to create crude offensive weapons versus Alex Louis Armstong bending the same materials but doing it more artistically
