Nickname: Undertaking Alchemist, or short: The Undertaker

Appearance: He tall and a little broad-shouldered. People would call him handsome. He almost never wears the uniform, except when on duty. He really thinks the uniform is restricting his movements. Mostly he wears sandals with some raggy trousers above it. Also a white bouse and a straw hat to top it off. He has blond hair falling to his shoulders, and he has green eyes.

Weight: 90 kg

Height: 190 cm

Personality: He's got a warm personality. He cares about his subordinates and the citizens all alike. He's very gentle and kind, but doesn't show lack of determination if action is required. Though he only fights for the sake of protecting. He's also much in like with the ladies, affection he happily returns. This causes him trouble from time to time.

Job: Military officer

Alchemy: Earth Alchemy. He uses metal cards, at the size of a tarot card, with transmutation circles on it. He throws those cards with 100% percent accuracy at the spot he wants it to land. After that he uses those cards to transmute the entire space which is enclosed by the cards into something else. (From swamp to rock par example, or the other way around.) This may be used for very dangerous things. His signature move is first encompassing someone in swamp, and afterwards converting the swamp to rock, burying one alive.

Likes: All righteous people. And women in particular.

Dislikes: People who disrupt the peace.

Hobbies: Flirting.

History:
Heinrich Stoykov grew up in a little village quite far away from Central. He wasn't into Alchemy, untill one day, when he was about 7 years old, he doesn't remember it clearly anymore, the city was attacked by a gang of villains. They wanted money, and took hostages. He saw a State Alchemist saving everyone that time, and decided he wanted that too, being a State Alchemist. He seached for a teacher, and found one. He trained diligently, and finally took the test when he was 19 years old. He passed with the highest marks possible, and quickly climbed the ranks due to his sharp mind and his deeds. And now, 10 years later he's Major General.
