History:
Born in a family, which hardly met it's day to day needs, Tyson, made his way thru the society of men, who fought and survived with much power and valour. He was
well blesses with health and was soon considered for the Marine work, when he became 15. He worked hard to become a Commander, in an organisation, which lived on danger
and thrived on passion. He fought many pirates, before he became a Commander, and was well-awarded, when he helped his superiors in wiping out Gol D, Roger's crew-men, after
he was hanged.

History:
Tina, had been the smartest of all, in her school and always dreamt of sailing the sea, as Maru town was a natural port and she would always find sometime to look at
the ships. When she was 10, she met Tyson, who later went to become, Commander of Marines, and her boyfriend too. She liked him and wanted to be with him,always.
As a result, she joined the Marines. She ate the devil fruit that helped her emit gases from her hand, when she had gone for an outing, with Tyson to a remote island. They
wee hungry and luckily they found a box having some fruits in it. Tyson was a bit cautious, but Tina, ate one of them, and then suddenly
webs appeared from her hands and wrapped Tyson, who was by this time laughing at her. They then laughed at each other and went back home,
taking into consideration that now,Tina had now become a human-spider. Later , Tina went to master his DF ability.

Valentino Shaz : Marine Vice Admiral.

Valentino is fast and clever. He is good at logic too. Being a good Analyzer helps him in working efficiently.

Long Metallic blue robe. Black inner shirt and Black pant, with knee high boots.
Weapons: A Single Scimitar.
Special Techniques/Attacks: Valentino is a master of hand-to-hand fights. He has learnt an Ancient Martial Art technique, which enables his to attack and Defend in various ways...as specified below...

Spoiler:

1) Rapid Slicer: This enbles the user to perform, quick and powerful slicing kicks, which are lethal. The user can demolish gigantic structures with this attack.
2) Blurring Mascot: Here, Valentino can run at a speed surpassing that of sound and almost vanish from the sight of the opponent. He can also make use of any weapons (Of which Scimitar if the main one) and bring down the opponents...
3) Synopsis: This is a telepathic technique, which Valentino learnt when he was in the Martial Art school. It helps him to contact any human being on earth and know about his movements. The only thing he has to do, is think of that person, with calm mind, and he can trace him/her out.
4) Many more to be made as and when the RP progresses...

History:
Well..This time, I'll make it a bit Explanatory..!

First About Valentino's Father: Simon Shaz.
Simon Shaz is the Head foreman of Ship Building yard # 1 of Ship Maker, Inc (A Water 7 ship-building company). He is responsible for the base work of the ships that are constructed and tested here. He has been with the Ship Makers for around 10 years now and has earned the respect and seniority from time to time and from work to work. He was the one, who made the sea train, Water Connetor, and tested it for the first time, on the Waterways of Water 7.

Linda Shaz (Valentino's Mother), is a housewife, but had worked with the Administrative department of Water 7 for about 5 years, before calling it quits. She is 45 right now and takes care of a nursery that she runs to pass her time. She gave birth to Valentino at a full moon night, whilest her husband was beside her.

Now, let's introduce Valentino.
Valentino was born on August 26, a full moon night in a family, widely respected and admired across Water 7. His Father, Simon, is a renowned Carpenter and Head Foreman. while his mother, Linda, is a housewife and runs a Nursery during her pastime.

Valentino [i]went to school at Water 7 Intermediate and duly graduated as one of the best in Geometry and Aritmatic. He also took part in creative activities within all the schools of Water 7 and displayed amazing Analyzing abilites and Craftiness, which brought under the Marine Flag, soon after he graduated. .

[i]During his school days, he was sent to Martial Art School of Water 7, where he practised, beyond limits of an above average man, and learnt special techniques, which only few men, know about in the world. He learnt an Ancient Martial Art technique.He also ate a devil Fruit during his days in the Marine, Neko Neko no Mi (Model -Puma), which gives him more power and strength, in close combat.

Valentino [i]had nurtured a dream of making the world Pirate-Free!! Because of his amazing abilities and Craftiness he soon emerged as one of the best in Marines and climbed up the ladder. He became Marine Vice Admiral at a young age of 25 years, and formed IP5, which was the fifth regiment under IP sections. This organisation was purely unknown to the world, and the recruits carried out the expedition upto the mark, in their own ways...

Valentino was ready for this challenge and he is not waiting for the right time

Likes to work, alone, most of the time, but when working with her companions, she is very friendly. She is also very destructive, when required.

Special Techniques/Attacks: She's a Cyborg, hence all her attacks are machine/part dependent.

Spoiler:

1) Bazooka: Her forearm turns downwards making a hole, which acts as a Nozzle of a Bazooka. She loads rounds in her biceps as and when required. At a given point of time, Wildcat can load 12 rounds.

2) Rotors: This is a new technique in which the feet, pulls out a pair of minature wheels, which can be used to move from place to place at desired speed.

3) Slicer: Here a medium-sized sword comes out from the rear-side of the arm and can be used to fight.

4) Rail-gun: Here the wrist part dislocates and a multi-hole Nozzle appears, which can be used to fire multiple rounds at a time. WildCat can load 500 rounds at a time, in each hand.

5) Thunderbolt: A new technology: Here Wildcat can stun a person, with Liginting current. The frequency of the current depends on the situation, but Wildcat can only stun at the maximum limit of 2,50,000 Watts.

History:

Wildcat's history is rather short as compared to her companions.
Wildcat, previously known as Martha Wong, used to work for Marine base X1, before she was killed in an incident while fighting with Whitebeard. She was terribly injured, and torn to pieces.
She had, specified, in her will that she wanted to serve the Marine department, even after she was dead. Hence Vice Admiral Valentino who later on formed IP5, which required people, who were ruthless and determined to carry out their tasks at any cost, brought her body to Marine headquarter Technical Department, where a group of upcoming scientists worked on her body and heart.
They followed a typical, cyborg plan, which had been evolved by Head of research department,Marine Headquarters, Mr. Shangou, and thus brought Wildcat back to life.

Wildcat was transformed from human form to Cyborg form.
She was fed with past history in her brains and also fed with the data required to use her new assets.
She started working directly for IP5 and soon came to be regarded as one of the best Under cover Agents.

I still think most of your techniques are basically Rokushiki with different names, plus the descrip of your Flash Punch is not very.....descriptive, perhaps a bit more indepth?
