Special Techniques/Attacks: heavy barrage: after expanding her launcher, she clips a large chain of shells [20+] to the loading end in and a matter of a few seconds discharges the entire chain into and area, {range good up to half a mile}
Specialties: works well with mechanical things and weapon systems, above average martial skill but not insane (not on the same level as the enis lobby guys)

Dreams: wants to see the entire world and spread the technology of her home town across the seas to better human kind.
History: born and raised in a very technologically advanced island that unfortunately was tucked away in a far northern corner of the west blue. This island when many many decades ahead of the other islands was unable to set out to sea due to the fact that there was not a very large abundance of natural resources and those that were available were used to support the islands inhabitants, there was no denden line on the island. Most of the normal building materials for ships had to be used for shelters, however the inhabitants were able to make synthetic materials that would float on water but ere deemed by most to be too week to survive out at sea.
Carol however having grown up and always having the idea pounded into her head that technology can solve any problem that the world can throw at it. She was not ready to give up on the idea of going out to sea, so with the assistance of her parents she managed to fashion a boat out some of the extremely rare raw materials as a frame and large amounts the synthetic fibrous material for the shell. Another synthetic material was used for the sails and her small ship was loaded full of records off most all that the island had discovered. The odd craft was set out to the sea and carol with the knowledge and skills of her island set out into the rest of the world.
