Body: Rather lean, but a solid body(mostly due to the various materials it is composed of), small hands with long thin fingers. Caucasion for the most part, robotic components become visible when used.

Description: When his new body was designed, it was designed purely for speed so that he could perfrom his operations faster and as such mechanized roller blades were installed into the bottoms of his feet that could be activated as needed. Accelerated speed, and due to his artificial body, a somewhat high defense.

Clothes: Generally seen wearing a white lab coat with a black muscle shirt. Wears loose fittin jeans that leave him plenty of leg room. Wears brown leather shoes designed specifically for him so he can access his motorized skates when ever needed.

Weapons: Scalpel Finger tips on the right,Syringe finger tips on the left, Laughing Gas Breath, Various Medical Recipies

Special Techniques/Attacks:
Laugh of Death:
Taking a deep breath, Ukiyo release laughing gas that he has stored inside his body, causing any nearby enemies to goo into a frenzied fit of uncontrollabe laughing. Doesn't actually kill anyone though.

Clean Cutter:
Extending the scalpel heads out of his fingers, he quite literally turns his right hand into a five pronged sword. Slashing at enemies, he his able to alter the depth of the cuts as needed.

Air Bubble:
Far deadlier than it sounds, by using the syringes in his fingers, he quit literally forces air bubbles into the blood stream of his opponent once penetrated. With a large enough bubble, he can quite literally cause th heart to explode.

Medicinal Marvel:
By combing various checmicals he has stored in his body, he is able to create a wide variety of potions, rangin from devastating blast to full rejuvination potions.

Rocket Roundhouse:
Only activatin one of his skates, he holds his lower body down in place to gain pressure right before he launches his attack, a hard, swift kick propelled by momentum from his mechanized skate.

Multi-Vision Scanner:
Being a medical cyborg, his eyes have been created and altered to serve a multitude of functions. The most common ones he uses are his heat sensor for enemy detection and x-ray for detecting an enemies weak point.

Specialties: Healing injured beings, repairing mechanical devices, craeting potions.

Personality: Outside of combat, Ukiyo is seen as a somewhat normal person who enjoys nothing more than relaxing and performing regular maintence on his body. When in combat though, he reverts to his robotic military style, focusing on the most efficient way to incapacitate an oppenent.

History: Raised on a small island of warriors, Ukiyo was trained to be one of the only doctors on the island. Growing up with his family, his teacher, and all his friends, he lived a quiet normal life. Until oneday the world government showed up. They had caught wind that the people of Medicus were becoming warriors of noticable stature and offered the island of Medicus and ultimatum. Either halt with the training of their island that had been passed down for generations or be utterly destroyed. Being a people of high honor, they chose the latter and dismissed the Navy. Within a weeks time, the Navy had returned and in full force.

They quickly launched a land strike, with forces from both sides clashing. Quickly Ukiyo and his teacher set out to heal the warriors but to no avail. The government had already decided the fate of the island, and it was total destruction. Within hours of the attack, the island hadd been utterly destroyed by enemy fire and was left in pieces. The marines upon their orders were asked to collect bodies of intrest and return to base with them, where the would be modified to better serve the Navy. One of the marines noticing Ukiyo's abilities gather up what was left of his body and quickly returned him to base.

A year from then, Ukiyo had been converted into a Medical type cyborg designed to serve the Navy. His body heavy with with the pride left from his people, Ukiyo was desperate to escape and gather comrades that could assist him with his plans and to that end, during his final mission as a Navy doctor, he just simply left the battle field after its completion, leavin all wounded alive and requesting that he be reported as destroyed at headquarters. From then on, he has spent his days searching for people who could aid in his quest of revenge and justice.

I lolled at roller blades letting him perform surgery faster.

But I am getting quite worried at the number of cyborgs that are now running around our lovely little world. And the Navy seems to be getting more and more evil, too. I mean, they were never saints, but destroying entire civilisations for no apparent reason and then stealing the corpses seems a little much.
