Naruto RP: Haruhara Takkun

Appearance:

There you see his face and hair. As for the rest of his body, he stands 5' 6" tall, weighs 102 lbs., and has a normal build for his age. Along with his eyes being golden in hue, his fingernails are golden nail polished (for undisclosed reasons), and he also has gold gauge earrings in both of his ears.
He dons no upper body clothing except for a fishnet tee. For his leg garb, he attires gray shorts that halt at knee length. His sound village headband (which is black) is worn as a belt. However, he also has a black belt, which slants over the headband, that holds his kunai and shuriken containers, as well as his kusarigama/scythe that is secured to him because of the belt (no sheath or the like.) He wears bamboo sandals as footwear (instead of those more common blue sandals.)

Personality: Wanted to add this just so I can say that he basically shows no emotion toward others, rarely considering anyone an actual friend, and seemingly to not even care about what others say or think. He's commonly said to be anti-social and a loner. Basically, he doesn't care about others, period. However, he is not self-centered or evil though.

Elemental Chakra: Wind

Bloodline: No bloodline limit, since they are, after all, supposed to be very rare.

Weapon: Takkun has a weapon that can be used as a kusarigama or a normal scythe. Real quick, for those who dunno what a kusarigama is, it's a traditional ninja weapon that is a scythe's blade with just a short pole part and a long chain with a strong weight at the end of it. Takkun's kusarigama's chain can be retracted into the hilt though, making it a normal scythe. However, the scythe just has a shorter handle. So, it can either function as the long-range kusarigama, or the close-range scythe. Takkun is rather skilled with the weapon, even to the point of being called a master of kusarigamajutsu (the martial art of kusarigama.)

Jutsu:

-Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
The Body Substitute skill is a widely used and very famous skill among shinobis. Put simply, the user uses speed to his/her advantage, and grabs an item from the environment and places it on his/her current position while moving out of the way. This is clearly an evasion technique used to dodge attacks; however it can be linked with other attacks to create massive damage. For example, a simple combination here: The attacked ninja can use Kawarimi no Jutsu to evade, say, an incoming shuriken, and without waiting quickly move behind the opponent and attack with a kunai.

-Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Henge no Jutsu is the basic skill a ninja must know to become a Genin. It is a very useful and widely used skill in the series, as it has many uses. It's mostly used as a decoy, to confuse the opponent by transforming into somebody that's an ally with the enemy, and then attack from the back when he's not expecting it. This technique can easily be combined with other Ninjutsus for a more powerful effect, such as with Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.

-Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)
This technique must be mastered by any ninja who has graduated from the Academy at the Hidden Leaf Village. It's the most basic technique a Genin must know, since it can be a real lifesaver. This ninjutsu creates a shadow clone of the caster, but it can only serve as a decoy. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, Bunshin no Jutsu created clones can't attack, since they don't have physical mass.
As a result, if they are touched by the attacker they just disappear. Although this technique may seem useless, if used correctly it can create an almost flawless imitation of the ninja, while the real person hides in the environment waiting for a chance to strike.

-Kenkaze (Blade of Wind)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a whirlwind blade around their opponent with their chakra. It slices through them easily, as it is said (in the series) that "nothing can stop a blade of wind."

-Fuuton: Rasenbaria (Wind Type: Spiral Barrier)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja, using their chakra, creates a sphere of fast wind around themselves that can repel most attacks, acting as a barrier.

-Fuuton: Kouasshaku Aori (Wind Type: High Pressure Gust)
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja inhales greatly, and then upon exhalation, releases a a strongly pressured gust of wind. So if the user performs this technique from a side angle, the victim could be sent flying sideways, into something if planned correctly. But if the performer uses the attack form an aerial position, the high pressured wind basically would pin the victim to the ground.

-Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)
Having signed a contract in blood, any ninja with this Ninjutsu technique can summon a beast, or beasts, from another plane of existence to use in battle. They must use their own blood as a "sacrifice" to summon them, after performing the hand seals corresponding with their animal and marking their point of summoning on the ground with both hands. Also, each summoning race may have their own "king" to summon. For instance, the toads have Gamabunta, the snakes have Manda, and the slugs have Katsuyu.
Takkun has signed a contract with bird summons. This allows him to summon several different types of birds of prey (no other types of birds, since that would be a rather large sum of beasts to have summoning power over.) The "king" of the birds of prey is Hagetoru, a giant vulture (giant referring to the size of Gamabunta, Manda, etc.)
Because Takkun is only a mere Genin, he has never succeeded in actually summoning the king. Also, as another restriction, Takkun is currently only good enough to summon one bird at a time, and it costs him a considerable amount of chakra, more than the chakra used for any of his other jutsus.

Ehh, Very creative with the jutsu, but I personally don't like the fact he can do the Summoning Technique, Naruto learned it from one of the Sannin for crying out loud, and he was only able to do it because his Seal gave him huge amounts of Chakra.

Sakon/Ukon doesn't use sound techniques. That spider guy (forget his name) doesn't use sound techniques. Jiroubou doesn't use sound techniques. And Kimimaro doesn't use sound techniques. Therefore, I don't believe that being from the Sound Village means you have to use jutsus that incorporate sound. If I'm wrong though, lemme know, cause I did actually have a sound weapon idea.


As for the summoning, he can't even use the "king", like Naruto can. Therefore, it would basically be just like Kakashi's 8 dog summoning, BUT Takkun can only summon TWO at one time, which I think would be a fair degrade from a Jounin's number of beasts in a summon to a Genin's.
In addition, these birds really wouldn't even be able to do much actual damage. I was planning it really just for Takkun to be enabled to air travel and simple handy things like that. After all, how much could a bird really do to a ninja besides a few pecks of the beak and swipes of the talons here and there?

Well I didn't write a history for him, but if that's really necessary I could make a history and that would of course be included in there.

He should never be able to have managed to summon his king. Don't ever compare your character to a canine character. In the Naruto series, every singly shinobi there is owerpowered by my standards, and comparing your character to them is quite frankly, foolish. However, I am willing to accept your character if you take in account the huge amount of chakra your summoning jutsu uses so that your character would be really tired, if not weak, afterwards. One bird is what I think would be fair, and a small one at that. You see that with his normal chakra Naruto was only able to summon a small toad. Unless you have a Demon, summoning the King is an impossible feat for you to achieve at this state, and I forbid demons.

If all of the shinobi are "overpowered," then actually none of them are overpowered and it would just be the norm power level, since all of the shinobi are of that power level, no?

I really don't think that this summoning jutsu is that extraordinary of a feat for a Genin, nor even that powerful because of the restrictions I had on it, considering the fact that other characters here have Bloodline Limits that would totally outrank it in power, but whatever, I edited it.

I see your point. However, I was referring to the 9 Genin when I said 'all' the ninjas. They are all overpowered compared to normal shinobis, like Iruka for example.
