Name Shiroshio Shukun

Nickname - Goes by Shio

Age 15

Appearance He has pale skin, but is not white in color as most very pale people are. His skin is instead a palish blue, making it look like he is underwater or something of the like. He has large rather sad eyes, dark crystal blue in color. His hair looks like the hair in the picture, spiky and pulling diagonally down, as if a gust of wind had blown his hair down that way, and then froze it. He is always wearing a pair of steel bracers on his forearms and lower legs for protection. And is usually wearing a high collar jacket, that covers most of his neck and almost covers his mouth but leaves it uncovered as to not obstruct his jutsu.The jacket itself looks much like the jacket belonging to Shino of Naruto, but dark blue in color. He usually wears his forehead protector around his arm, or leg.

Elemental Chakra Water

Bloodline Katachi Gougyou , a bloodline stretching all the way back to his Shukun Ancestors. As the name implies it gives the inheritor the ability to form water from their chakra or the chakra of others through physical contact. The water in question being made of chakra, does not require as much chakra to use in jutsus, and has a myriad of unique uses that will not be specified. When the blood line is used, a blue diamond appears in the centers of Shiroshio's pupils.

Jutsu


Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Jutsu, a variation of the original that was made by Shiroshion. It makes a mist all the same that works very well for hiding and ambushes. But the mist is limited to a much smaller area, it completely erases scents as the more compact mist blocks out any other scent in the area. Plus, due to the fact that the mist is more compact, a limited number of water jutsus can be used, using the mist as a source of water.


Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Jutsu, makes clones of water, each is 1/10 as strong as the user, and dissolve upon being hit, they can also attack. Shiroshion being the tactical genius he is has found another use for them.

Shuriken Bunshin no Jutsu - Much like Bunshin no jutsu, using a base in this case, any sort of weapon or object (not restricted to just shuriken), creates a large group of non solid copies of the base object, useful for distraction as the large amount of weapons often distracts,tricks, and blinds the opponent.

Henge no Jutsu - Transformation, lets him....transform.


Kawarimi no Jutsu - Substitution Jutsu, what do you think? Replaces the user with a random object.

Suiton, Rasennami no Jutsu - Spiral Wave Jutsu, Shiroshio spits out a stream of water from his mouth, and using hand seals, causes it to spread out from him in a circle, and then spiral upwards, the end result being a spiral drill that redirects attacks and bludgeons any sap that happened to get caught in the spiral.

Mizuroppa no Jutsu - Freezing Crusher Stream, Shiroshion's trademark, using a rather large amount of chakra, he focuses it in his mouth and expels a stream of high pressure water, that upon striking the opponent, connects with enough force to easily bowl bigger people over. The water also freezes slightly upon contact making it a supportive immobilization technique.

[Suiken no Hatori]

Kage bunshin is a rather advanced jutsu. Of course Naruto learned it, but still...It's considered Jounin level.

And maybe I'm nagging, but do you really think a genin is able to come up with such a jutsu as you mentioned?

Just a few things to think aabout. I don't know Kouen's criteria, and he's the leader in this case.

I took out Kagebunshin and just used Mizu Bunshin.

It isn't exactly a genius jutsu, he is just manipulating water, its mostly his blood line

I am not aware of Naruto, as I have not seen it...Can't approve...
Maybe Monkey or Stefan can...

I can't approve of some of the jutsu. You see... Suiton, Suijinheki no Jutsu and Suiton, Suishouha no Jutsu are way too advanced for him to learn at Genin state. Maybe Chuunin but I'd think he'd have to be Jounin... And as for Mizuroppa no Jutsu... I can only approve of it if you change it so it uses almost all of his chakra. Despite his bloodline, we are talking about almost equal power to Sasuke's Gokakyuu-no-jutsu, and that used up all of his chakra, despite his elemental advances.

Took out the two you thought to be too strong, changed Mizuroppa, I lowered the impact force, and made the chakra cost higher. Plus I added Rasennami, a not so powerful defensive jutsu.
