Description: fast, less focus on strength, also has a genetic defect which gives him hollow bones, which make him lighter, faster, more nimble.
Clothes: nice khaki pants, khaki shirt with a red-brown vest over it, and dress shoes. (sometimes a flight jacket and goggles.)

Weapons: Heavens Hammer, his own style of martial arts. The style focuses on aerial attacks.

Specialties: Drinking, gambling, fighting.

note: all of his attacks names are based off airplane slang.

Geppou: A technique in which the user actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.

Accelerate: The user can reach speeds near or the same speeds of Soru, but the user can’t see where they are going, and are more likely to miss. (A lot of people have Soru, so I used something else. Plus I didn’t want two CP9 moves in one character.)

Aileron Dive: Hartley jumps up at his opponent and clothslines them (he can also use the extended arm to steer himself in mid air).

Lift: Hartley dashes toward his enemy, and delivers a powerfull uppercut that shoots his opponent upwards.

Hover Dive: Hartley jumps up and does a sort of spining bycicle kick that unleashes a flurry of kicks.

Immelmann: A backflip kick to the head.

Shot-down: Hartley jumps above his enemy and launches a flurry of punches at there head. This attack is usally followed by...

Chandelle: Hartley quickly lands underneath his opponet and launches a flurry of kicks upwards.

History:
Born in south blue, Hartley was a born trouble maker. He was always getting caught stealing, or getting in fights, but eventually his parents had had enough. The rest of his summers would be spent in the family tavern "the Hallow Blue" as punishment. He was rebellious a first, but soon came a fleet of pirates headed for the Grandline. Hartley was fascinated by their life style, and envied the freedom they had out at sea. He heard of great stories of great pirates, like the the great Whitebeard. He could hear the fear in their voice as they spoke about the great pirates. He liked that.

He hated being trapped in his little prision, and his whole childhood was spent day-dreaming about being free on the vast ocean. It was his dream to be the first to conquer it. Untill one day, he overheard the story of Gold Roger, the Pirate King. The man who had triumphed over the grandline, and crushed his dream. The pirate tried to comfort him, saying "Come on, keep your head up.", and Hartley looked towards the sky. There he found a new dream, a new purpose. Become King of the Skys!

Description - Gives the eater the ability to use magnetic forces, can also charge objects with a magnetic force. Renders the user immune to electricity.

I myself already made a magnetic devil fruit.

BUTTTT Seeing as how I have no use for it, and its free, you can have it.

...How is immunity to electricity related to magnetic forces?

I mean, I know I barely passed chemistrys and physics classes (or however they're spelled!), but still.

True. You're only resistant to electricity if you are rubber. im not sure about metal though, cuz doesn't electricity also pass right through metal and straight to the ground?

My thinking was that the user becomes a magnet essentially, so he can do what magnets can do.

Doesn't metal conduct electricity, making anybody with metal on their body electrocuted? o.o

Well.. Yeah, it conducts it, but it passes right through it.. That's what we mean by conducts.. It wouldn't hurt the actual metal, but anyone who touches the metal would be electrocuted with an even more powerful force. Anyway, no, it wouldn't directly hurt the metal but rather anyone who touches the metal. Metal attracts the electricty like a lightning rod, and harnesses the energy.. So if anything, this character should be able to absorb the electricity, harness it and use it for something else.

While a lodestone character sounds awesome in itself, I'm not really keen on the multiple effects that such an ability would bring. I say give him magnetic field manipulation and be done with it.

On the other hand, gears! Squee! Clever ones, too, though its worth pointing out that the amount of iron in the average human body is only enough to make a single nail.

Though I ain't keen on some of these things either, it follows the guidelines, and the fruit isn't overpowered.
