Description: Being a ninja, she is quick, very flexible and agile. She has very good co ordination and has a keen eye for detail.

Clothes: The clothings are based on this character. the red is replaced with brown tho. In addition, she wears a japanese armour skirt that covers the upper thighs and has a kunai case tied to each lower thigh. She wears shin guars that are black and lower arm and forehand guards, also black(attached toegther. She has a black bandana that hangs on her neck when travelling normally, but when on a mission, it covers the lower face. behind hip is where she mounts her two kodachi and below that is her shuriken pouch.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Using her natural ability of good reflex and able to see fast objects, she can deflect thrown abjects back at the thrower and can block most attacks.

Devil Fruit: Kumo Kumo No Mi

Devil Fruit Ability: She has the ablity to make and manipulate clouds. The clouds she makes does not affect the weather and vise versa. She is able to change the clouds colour within the white to black range to suit the situation. Most of her skills regarding the DF are passive. She uses the cloud mainly for protection (creating a dome of dense cloud), camoflage, and riding a cloud like in DBZ (but slower by a great amount, flying at 45 km/hr). Her few aggressive skills include creating temporary swords out of dense cloud, shoot out shards of cloud at fast speed like arrows and the ability to fill an area of 500 m squared with cloud, minimising opponents view and hearing. Although having a DF, she much prefers to use her ninja abilities for attack and uses the DF for defense.

Friends/Allies: Has a very close partner called Tsuruko (female). They parted three years back and has recieved words from her that she was around the same area. Also, born in the same village as luffy, they werent exactly close, but were friends and played together numerous time. She has many friends all over the world, but mostly the grandline, due to her travels.

Rivals: not really, but tsuruko is a friendly rival where they compete against each other.

Heroes: Her hero is Zoro, due to his attitude and swordsmanship. She first heard about him at a town when she was 13 and was amazed at his swordsmanship and his coolness she made it as her side goal to mmet him in real person.

Dreams: She was in look for a famed ninja clan, but when she defeated the master, she left for the grandline, adventuring. when she saw and heard the news that the Strawhats were in the grandline, she had to go and find them in order to see luffy again and meet zoro.

History: Born in the same village as luffy, she has plenty of time to play with luffy. She was just as eager to leave as luffy was, since her dream was to join a ninja clan.Leaving when she was 9, she went in search of a famed ninja clan near the Grandline and redline. When she got there, she found out it was not as good as she though when she beat the master on her 7th day. So she left for Rouge Town where she smuggled on board a ship heading to grandline. Staying on the grandline as a bounty hunter, she earned herself a famous name because of her young age and efficiency. Using the bounty, she goes and explore around the Grandline

Clothes: On the inside is a long, white vest that zips from chest to waist and continues unzipped until the knees with a black belt that hangs loosely on his waist. Inside is vest is a black singlet. His pants are slightly baggy black suit pants. His shoes are white loafers and a nice dark blue long coat that stays unzipped. To finish it off, he alwas have a bottle of sake hanging from the belt along with cartridges that encircles the whole belt bar the front (approx 20cm)

Weapons: A very hi tech person, Shusuke holds an Ingram Shnieder .44 rifle prototype modded to suit him. a one of a kind. Found it in his fathers chest an self mod it (like adding a clip cartridge and not having a flint lock). More powerful and advanced than almost any other guns on the world.

Special Techniques/Attacks: his special technique is that he can enter a super concerntration mode and empties his clip into the surroundings which ricochets off into the target(s). In this state his reflex, thoughts and senses are heightened beyond humans by 3 fold at his best, but is quite straining. He can change the level of "enhancement" by concerntrating. Constant use in a extremely short period deterioates the body and mind.

Specialties: Shooting with pinpoint accuracy up to 250 meters unscoped (scoped range it 600 max) and if needed hand to hand and sword fighting and medicine

Devil Fruit: Kusa Kusa no mi (petal petal fruit)

Devil Fruit Ability: The ability to create and manipulate flower petals. If there are any plants in the immediate vicinity, they can also be used. For offense, it is the same as Kuchiki Byakuya's (from Bleach) one, but on a lesser scale. The flowers can cause lacerations can be manipulated to home in on targets. Last resort for offense is to compact all petals into a weapon (katana, spear etc) as strong as diamond (remember that it is over thousands of petals compacted). The defense ( mostly used for) are that he can gather them in front of him to create a shield strong enough to stop a cannonball at its limit (also very straining). Also, he can use them to confuse his enemy by filling the area with flying petals to muddle the opponents eyes and hearing. He can also create steps with them that allows him to use his agility to its max. The petals he create are cherry blossoms. So far that is it. if more come up, ill see if im allowed to add it in

Personality: A usually quiet person. Just imagine zoro, but on a much brighter and approachable scale.

Nakama: Met Shizunei Tomoko (another of my characters) on one of his trips while wandering around and is one of his true friends. He has many associates and connections all over the world, but has few true friends

Dreams: Find and the bandits and avenge his village. After that, he goes globe trotting.

History: When he was a boy, his father always taught him to shoot. He was a natural and was always competing with his siblings. One day, when he was 10, his mother sent him to a neighbouring village to send invitations to a festival. It was that day his whole village was plundered. On his return, he was shocked by his sight. Smoldering amongst all the other ruins was his house and inside was Midari Kiaro, the town bully (age 30), dealing with a bandit and killing his brother afterwards the bandit left. Kiaro went and broke into his dad's safe when Shusuke pulled out his rifle that his dad gave him and plugged Kiaro in his head. Seeing the .44 in the safe, he took it and swore to get revenge on the bandits when the time comes. With that, he left the village a set out into the world. Has an extremely wide knowledge of medicine due to the fact that his mother was the town doctor

Weapons: Two swords in the picture. One shines radiantly red and the other a dark ocean blue. Both meitou. Red:Hinoiri (sunset) Blue: Hinode (sunrise) and is attached to each other by a looooooong platinum chain at the hilt and a two handspan handle in the middle of thechain.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Kokoro is a Rokushiki user, specializing in soru which she, combined with her natural speed, makes her faster than all that can use it. Combined with her swords skills, her blades fly at almost lightning speed. Only seasoned fighters stand a slim chance against Kokoro's strike.

Holding the chain handle, she swings her swords erratically and they fly at extreme speed, creating a blurred dome around her. This is her base stance. She can still move around rather quickly, but at 70% her normal spped. Most attacks start from this stance her attacks consist of launching her blades like a throwing knife with stab like attacks. This is for one on one.

Besides those that are launched from the above stance, her other attacks are all out offense where the blades act like whips. When attacking on all out offense, her movement is quicker and her attack range is all that she see to the furthest extent of her khedivial vision. This stance is or mass mount of people. Because she lacks strength, her stabbing and whip like attacks are dead accurate. Against normal foes, her strikes land 98% of the time where she wants to.(excludes rp characters and higher class fighters eg: minor OP characters like ummmm.....Mr 5 level above maybe?)

History: Born from a marine family, Kokoro and her siblings were trained and drilled by their parents to follow their footsteps. When the two brothers left for carpentry apprenticeship with Iceberg san, it was up to the two girls to live up to their names. Being the kids they are, they always explore the place.One day, the duo fell into the city sewers and had to survive for 4 days against large sewer cretins. the experience hardened the girls and was what made them fearless and headstrong. When they entered the marines, both girls quickly rose above their father and mothers position of captain and lived to their expectation. Not long after becoming a rear admiral, her parents ships sunk near the New world due to some mysterious reason. none survived. To make her dead parents pround, she vowed to achieve the highest rank in the marine and in the history of her family.

This technique can be applied to any part of her body. Drawing power from all over her body and concerntrating it in one certain spot, she can increase the power (like a powerful punch) or defense in that area. (basically like sakura in shippuden, but no chakra :D)

Specialties: She concerntrates on power and accuracy and her swordsmanship is excellent, being an ex-knight. She has an extremely sensitive nose that rivals dogs to help her track enemies.

History: Her country was in civil war which was not in favour of the royal army. When the main army was ambushed by rebels when escorting refugees, people in the capitol started fleeing. Being a knight, she stayed and fought the rebels until one night, they broke through. Amass the confusion, her parents thrusted her 5 year old sister into her arms and told her to flee. Refusing to leave due to her duty, her brothers grabbed her and pushed her towards the dock. as she boarded the boat, she handed her sister to a refugee who kindly took care of her. Turning back to the fight as the boat left, a cannon ball rammed right into the dock, sending her flying into the water, knocking her unconcious. When Oveilia woke, she was on a small island land, Icerift on fire. Cursing her own uselessness, she caught a bypassing boat heading towards lougetown.

Weapons: Uses his hands and feet. for more damage, he has gloves with knives protuding from the top of the middle finger. (what the guy in assaassin creed has). along the lower arm, he has arm guards (similar to the one knights use) o bth arms and are used as shields.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Has extremely good speed and leg power. punches are a tad on the lower side, he emphasize on attacking with kicks and blocking with his hands.

Specialties: His specialty is to do soru on his top already impressive speed. with that, he goes behind his opponent and either knockes tem to the floor or kick them up.

Floor: Impriah aims for the knees or tendons and muscles in the leg andattack them with powerful kicks. once the opponent is down,he launches a combo of kicks to shoulder, knee, ankle, neck and chest. He uses his fruit to dash around the opponent to the most optimum position to deal the most damage to those areas.

In air: After he launches opponent in the air, he continuosly kick them further up. after he reaches approx ten metres, he launches a similar barrage of combos to the move above. as the target nears the ground, Impriah wlfinish him off by appearing above him and launching himself as fast as possible into the enemy and crushing him into the ground.

History: His life was extremely mundane. Impriah was a playboy at Water 7 and that pissed off his father. His father had that whole "honourable" thing and sent his son faraway into the marine so he doesn't disgrace the family. This suited Impriah just fine as he still continued his playboy manner and his lazy personality. Surviving through dozens of campaigns and fights with pirates, he began wondering if that was all life had to offer when suddenly, the marines formed this C.R.A.P Wing section. thnking that is was going to be fun, he applied to join, just to free himself from the routine life of a base-positioned marine

The sword is capable of shifting between sword and a sort of arrow/grapple gun. when in second position, it can be loaded with her df created steel swords and shot out like a gun. Swords are propelled by gunpowder so is effectively called a gun. Range is minimal due the shape of projectile. on top of where the sword arrows are shot is a short sword attached to steel rope that act as a grappel. Also propelled by gunpowder. The sword part is just a sword tho.

On her hands are little launchers that launch needles. (like shizune from naruto)

The pack on her leg are packed with tools and spare steel, in case she runs out during battle.

Ratio to make weapon is 1:1. So to make a sword, she needs the same amount as the sword normally needs.
(in other words, she needs to eat HEAPS!) Also, not to be mistaken as mr 1's ability.

Dreams:Finding the Treasure Tree Adam and building two nice ship from it.One to give as a present and the other, selling it for a nice price. As a side dream, she wants to collect straying meitou swords that happen to pass by her in her journey

History: Her childhood was rather peaceful. Just another little girl in another little peaceful village in peaceful part of east blue. As fate will have it, her family was caught in an accidental fire (really, no conspiracies) and tosan and kasan both died while little lightning was playing with the other kids in the forest. Just to ski[ he sop story, she gets adopted by the town blacksmith/ carpenter and learns all his skills. The old man always told her of a glorious tree in the grand line that would produce the strongest ship that sailed and that the Pirate king's ship was also made from it. The look he had when he told these stories made lightning determined to make a ship from materials from the tree, just to pay hi pack for raising her. Also, since she will be there, she decided to make another one and make some big bucks along the way. Reaching 17, she left the peaceful village and her adoptive father to complete the quest she made to herself years ago. Travelling all the way to the island near logue town called Maru Island where she starts the first leg of her journey towards the Treasure Tree Adam.

History: Born in Eyrut village, Fran had no exposers to the outside human world. her island was tucked away in the grand line and was very isolated. Growing up was happy and enjoyable and hunting was something she and her clan members did frequently. One day, after her initiation into the warrior caste (age 53), she was sent to patrol the outer beaches where the village girls and boys were playing, just in case. Reaching the beach, she was met with a shocking scene. All the girls and boys were badly mauled with scores of them dead. in the center was a rather odd looking creature that she remembered from classes was a human. This human however wore a weird pink feathery coat (Don flamingo). In his hand was a dead Viera girl, carried by the ears. Enraged, she knocked an arrow into her bow and shot right at him. Her aim was true, but too slow. He released his grip, and smirked cockily. Pushing off the beaches, he started to board his boat, deflecting Frans arrow as easy as breathing. His taunting laugh echoed through her ears as he left. Returning and reporting to the village, she declared to embark on a mission to track and eliminate this man, despite being vastly inferior. 3 years later, she is amongst the humans, hunting down this man.

Description: A power player, he is profficient in blade works as he was a fully fledge knight of the Icerift De Maskar Order (aka the elites of elites). An all rounder with a more heavier emphasis on techniques and brute force.

Clothes: just think warcraft Dragon knight. For those who dont know, the larger pieces of armour are gold coloured and smaller pieces platinum. the cloaks and cloths are white with blue at the tips. the chainmail underneath is pitched black. on his back is a cape that is white completely with a blue border. in the middle is a large crest of his order.
In place of the three leopards in the shield is a large rearing winged dragon. At the top is an eagle that usually appears at the top of roman standards.

Weapons:
This sword is the last few of its kind. It is only given to the top warriors of the order, so only 20 were made. His one was called Purging Breathe

Special Techniques/Attacks: Being a fully fledge knight of the same order of Oveilia (other rp character) his mastery of energy molding is complete and his limit is well over hundreds and can use many simultaneosly

History: Rylai was part of the wealthy and connected Crestfall family. Despite being the eldest daughter, she was more devious and playful than her 3 younger sisters. One day, she, as a dare from her sisters, sneaked into her fathers room and took a box that her father displayed on his desk. When she opened it with her sisters, all they saw was a fruit so they once again dared her to eat it. Thinking it was harmless, she swallowed it and the result was instantaneous. Her whole body went into spasm and her body lit up like a blue torch, before the light dissipated immediately. Her eyes changed to a bright blue. It seems as though her body had an allergic reaction to it, changing her eyes to a bright virbrant blue. After the incident blew off, she lived normally, but Rylai, like her impulsive self, ran off to join the marines for the adventure, leaving her prissy boring life behind.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Like in Kenshin, he hits 9 vital points in one go with a lunge technique. However, due to his strenght and experience, he wields his blade as effeectively as someone who wields a much lighter katana. Further proof of his skills, he wield it with only his left hand. For his move, Auron gets into optimum distance to perform his attack. Once in position, he launches a downward slash with the purpose of not hitting the target (but if he does, then its a bonus), which creates a rip in the air (like when you can draw a sword faster because there is no air to drag the sword) then immediately launches his lunge, using the hole in the air to launch an attack that is faster than a normal lunge.

History: Since small, Auron was really into reading, but delved into secret areas where he shouldn't. The more the elders punish him for it, the more determined he was in finding it. When he gresw up to the age of 18, he left the island with the dream of finding secret knowledges. Somewhere in a town, he heard about the phonyglyphs (i think thats what they're called) and decided to find the True history (think thats what it was called. Correct me if im wrong). After several encounters with the marines during his search, he sunk 4 battleships with explosives and made a clean escape, gaining nortority (differnt from bounty). Only that they managed to get a photo of him scuffed it. Auron runs from island to island, with the marines after him for 4 years, looking for the True history.

For close quarter, she has an extendable short sword on her left hand also produced by the scientist for his client.Extremely durable and encrusted with seastone, weakening Df users, though still within tolerable limits to fight.
Not sure if this goes here, but she has built in jets on the sole of her foot that allows short fly time (like 10 minutes) then recharges. Has a foldable set of wings that that has wingspan of 2.5 long (top to bottom) and 2 metres wide (one is 1 metres) and enables longer flight time (30 minutes) as a sacrafice for maneurverbility. Can be folded really small and slotted into her back.

History: Chachamaru has no recollection of her family, only her home island name. Her whole life revolved around Doctor Schneinder, a scientist. She was around 5 when she awoke in his mansion. Schneinder told her that she was shipwrecked and rescued her. Believing that his story was true, she worked hard for him, cleaning and cooking till she was 15. Chachamaru was tall for her age, 176cm, and was extremely fit. The *nice*doctor one day told her he needed something from her. She was led to a room where he left her alone. Before she knew it, he gased her into unconciousness. When she recovered, her mind was groggy and her body felt heavy. Sitting up, she saw herself in the mirror and saw herself, but with robotic ears and mechanical jointing all over her body. Suddenly, a deep chilled sensation ran through her head and she became instantly docile. Unknown to her, the doc had modified her into a cybernetic machine. Now at 189cm and weighing 109 kg, she was a freak,but she didnt realize, with the brain washing chemicals he has inserted into her mind. So for a whole year, she had done the docs bidding, cleaning his mansion and conducting painful test on her mechanical performance. On one fateful day, during an extremely dangerous test,with weapons and the newly installed jets, she tumbles and crashes to the ground, bleeding profusely from a head wound. Along with the blood, the liquid that controlled her flushed out, allowing Chachamaru to remember the doctors sadistic treatment to her as an experiment. Gripping the weapons in her possession,the prototype cannon, sword and jets, she blasted the said doctor too bits and burnt his island home. She had come to doubts with the doctors shipwreck story, as there were no signs of debris when she went out to look for others when she was young. Nonetheless, her goal right now is her home town of Jagd Doga. According to maps she plundered from the now deceased doctor, her town was o the opposite side of the world. Even then it was going to be hard as its corordinates are unknown. Heck, it was also not marked in the maps, just stated that it was near raftel. Launching on the doctors yacht, the free Chachamaru sets out to find her home island

Special Techniques/Attacks: An overhead kendo strike that is so fast that the blade distorts the air and it seems to bend, making it unpredictable. Also, using her strength and speed, she begins to spin the blade overhead. She then dashes forward and swings at the enemy, using the centrifugal force of the previous strike and the dashes, she launches multiple strikes one after another that are extra powerful and fast.

History: Living a very very average life, Mikita got bored of the lifestlye her clan led. Not to say she doesn't like birds. It was the fact that it was always the same type of birds that came by their island (over 2000 different species). One day, when she walked into the housing area for birds, she saw a falcon with an odd looking fruit in its claw. Being a bird specialist, she knew it shouldn't eat weird fruit until it healed, so she coaxed it out of its grip and walked away. Feeling mighty hungry and dinner was way off, she took a bite out of the fruit. It tasted bad and sure enough, she soon realised she ate a devil fruit and so on and so forth. When she reached 16, she decided to leave and log in her book every type of bird on the world. The sword she carried was given to her by her father before she left and Mikita had no idea what its worth until some blacksmith tried to rob her of it while spouting nonsense about an amateur having a meitou. Aside from that, she began her journey on the grand line, searching for new birds to record.

Body: For a ranged fighter, she is surprisingly muscular and toned, meaning she can hold her own in fist fights. On her left leg where the dress splits down, she has tribal tattoos all up her leg from the ankle to the thighs, with the word on shot, one kill taking up most of the left thigh.

Description: Again another all rounder made by ME! This time, there is emphasis on accuracy, speed and agility, with strength as back up. She is extremely intelligent and see fights as something akin to chess or war games.

Weapons: The chain guitar up top, two Heimber pistols for close quarter (basically glocks) and a Steravonov rifle for ranged, all carried in her guitar case. Rifle is clip fed and holds 10 rounds.Forward bipods can be pulled up and clipped to the clip in the picture. And if all guns run out of ammo, a blade that runs along the main body of the guitar comes out (the furthest bottom-left part of the guitar that is green and sorts of pop out) and can wielded the guitar as a pole axe. Also, she has a three-piece steel nun chuck (the type that can be connected and form a pole (Pretty much like Ikkaku's shikai, but without the blade) that rests behind her back on her hip.

Personality: A rather enigmatic person, quiet and shrewd. Her experience in mock town has forced her to be ruthless and a cold hearted killer when the time calls for it. Very capitalistic and cunning, with the brains to back up her baring and complex plans. However, if you are her friend, she would go to hell and back for them, if they ask.

History: Being born of Arabasta, her life there was short. so short that it was literally non exsistent. Her father was a money crazed man and when he got whiff that there was gold to be found at Jaya, he immediately rushed to the island in hope of riches. Unfortunately, there of course weren't any and of all the place her father picked to settle, he picked mock town. There, day in and day out, he drank like all the pirate scums there, after his failure in finding gold. Chidori loved sneaking onto pirate ships and stealing their treasure when one day, she found a chest, locked in the captains room. taking it back, she busted it open and Lo and behold, it was only a fruit. Being poor, she ate the fruit greedily and found out it was grouse. Later on, when she twirled her hair, as it was a habit, it moved on its own. Not realizing its a DF power, she thought it was a natural ability. Testing out her abilities, she found out it was more than a novelty toy, but a potential weapon and tool, so she spends most of her time, trying new ideas with her ability. ANYWAYS, soon, when Chidori was 6, her father became abusive, assaulting her mother when he gets drunk, blaming Chidori for his bad luck. One day, as it was bound to happen, her father ran up a massive debt in gambling and owed pirates money. Being extremely desperate, he sold his wife to the pirates as slaves and was tempted to do the same to Chidori, when she retaliated and spliced everyone in the room with her hair instinctively, father and pirates and all. Running out, it seems that the pirates who her mother was sold off to earlier that day, left already. Feeling frustrated, she wondered the town for several days. By that time, everyone has found out about the incident and her ability, giving her a wide berth. Starving, she realized that to survive and find her mother, she needed to cheat and trick people, thus starting 12 years of training her wits and mind on the streets of Mock town. Turning 14, she began attracting unwanted attention from men. Being dark skinned, she was seen as something exotic and most mens tried to go after her. Her personality took a dip and turned from a trusting person to someone who is wary and cautious, plus cold hearted. The first few men that tried to do anything to her ended up mangled pretty badly and set the example to everyone else. Not a person of close contact, Chidori picked up the path of a sharpshooter. To begin with, she robbed drunk pirates of guns and bullets. But soon these became obsolete in her eyes when one day, she spotted a weird scientist docking on a rather good looking boat. That is when she sneaked on and found her current guns in a room with some little girl with green hair (Chachamaru). Stealing them, she found them extremely hi tech, with the flint lock and single round function gone. To her extreme surprise, the box that held them was marked with "marines". The most peculiar one was the gatling gun attached to a guitar. seeing as though it was there, she thought she might as well learn how to pay, which was an extremely wise choice, as it turned out she was rather talented and earned her a pretty nice income. (There, i believe i covered all aspects of her from df fruit to weapons). When she reached 18, Mock town was chafing her. The town had nothing left to offer. She was respected by everyone and there were no personal gains left. It was time she set off to find her missing mother, and so, without looking back, she departed the sorry town with no grief or regret at all, just the feeling of gladness of freedom.

Description: A maniac. Has frequent, but irregular blood lust and extremely sadistic. Also, he is irrational and unpredictable, dangerous enough that people walk around him. Fighting wise, normally, he is rather slow, but strong. Also, due to the head injury, always seems to twitch when he is in blood lust

Clothes: A red vest as seen in the picture, white baggy pants, sandals, and a fabric belt with the end trailing at the front down to his knees. Also, he has a red bandanna on his head

Weapons: Usually his fist and legs, but also incorporates it with two short scimitars

Special Techniques/Attacks: None really, but he has this condition after he smashed his head open that he has frequent, but irregular blood lust (usually in battle). When this happens, he goes into frenzy. Anyone that gets in his way is attacked. His speed is increased and so is his strength. His technique is so-so with the swords, making him more of a fighter. What distinguish him from the rest is that he has outstanding stamina and until he dies, his strength and speed never drops.

History: When small, he was already the town bully. Singlehandedly, he controlled the island when he grew 23. Ruling with an iron fist, he soon became a mini monarch in the village. Then, on a wintry day, Torque killed on of the village boys for trying to stop him from courting his girlfriend. His parents felt revolted that his son turned this way and decided to gang up with the other villagers and do him in or at least set him into the sea with no ration on a small boat. Their plans were found out somehow, and Torque attacked first before they could gather up. In a massive 1 on 30 fight, Torque took down the first 6 easily, but was soon overwhelmed and when 24 of the 30 were down, his father came from behind with a shovel and made contact to the base of his head. The strike was so powerful it caused severe internal damage and bleeding, which was the result of his blood lust condition. Placing him in a boat, they pushed him off into the sea. Amazingly, he survived a 3 month coma on the sea, and woke only when the boat hit the sand of Sigfried Island. Losing most of his memory, his injuries were mostly healed and he had no obligations to stick to. Therefore, he started his life of bullying and evil deeds once again.

Description: Despite her exterior body appearance, she is extremely strong and above average in speed, but not very good in devising plans. More of a "one fight at a time until i beat the damn guy" type of person. Has a gifted ability to concentrate and increase the strength/speed of any part of her body at the sacrifice of losing power/speed in other parts. Eg.Concentrates on legs and arm strength becomes average. Find fighting fun, but not in a sadistic way.

Weapons: The two sword she carries. Not meitou, but the cutting edge is made from seastone, so it is extremely hard and tough, plus useful. The swords a produced in two parts. The interior of the sword is made of seastone and on top is a meitou grade sword, smithed over the seastone, allowing a centimeter of seastone protuding out at the cutting edge. In basic term, the sword is a sword in a sword, with a centimetre of seastone sticking out, running along the blade's cutting edge

Special Techniques/Attacks:

Nitoryuu Style, Speed Break: Using Nitoryuu style, she can up her speed in her arms via mental concentration and do a lunging cross slash dash (where she crosses her arm and does a single dash forward while launching her strike) that appears to be one stroke, but in fact is three strokes that run parrallel to each other, making a total of six cuts in one move. Since the moves are so close to being simutaneously, it surpasses the sound barrier and a rather loud, but tolerable bang! happens a split second later. A variant of that move is where she can use her normal speed to cut extremely fast (bit like flash sword from Claymore, except the cuts go in one direction together, depending on which direction she cuts at). These strikes appear half a second after each other, BUT if you block a strike, the rest will stop since the sword stops and thus, not being able to swing again. Can use both swords at once.

History: Franzizka was a troublemaker and the furthest thing you could get to a lady. Yes, she was extremely pretty, but her fiery temper made it hard for the romeo's of the town to get close. She wasn't interested with ettiquite and the stuff they taught her at the lady's school. At 6 years old, she skipped classes to go to the shadier side of town. The street boys often barred her due to her clothes, but didn't do anything because she was a girl. Fuming because of their discrimination, she disguised herself in boys clothing and surprisingly, fooled the boys. Soon, she got into a fight with a bunch of boys, teasing her hair being too long, thinking she is a boy. Short tempered as she is, she lunged and got into a huge fight, knocking the 5 boys out, but lost her cap and was exposed as a girl. One of the dock officials dragged her back to her foster father, an ex marine Commodore, complaining she knocked out his dock boys. After he left, her father questioned her about her behavior and why she did it. Responding by saying she was interested with fighting and not the sexist stuff they taught at school, she eventually convinced him to teach her how to fight, IF she didn't go back into the docks. The next 8 years her father taught her swordsmanship and eventually, Rokushiki, which he used to use. Unfortunately her father was badly injured one day when he was at the shipyard with a freak accident. At the hospital, he knew he was to die, so he told her to retrieve a package in the attic and take it and to complete learning the rokushiki. The mysterious package was in fact her fathers treasure, a devil fruit he confiscated and the seastone sword he used. Eating the fruit, she began to slowly incorporated her abilities into her swordsmanship. Only learning the essence of Soru, Shigan and Geppou, Franzizka trained for two years until she thought she was good enough at them to use in fights. Determined to gain a name for herself as a swordswomen, she left Water 7 after a brief farewell at her father's grave, and set forth for her goal.

Description: Agile and possess an inhuman reaction time. Her spear skills is top notch since she was the top of her school. Her skills combined with her speed and reaction time makes her extremely deadly.

Clothes: Refer to picture. A grey chinese outfit that was given to her by her friends.

Weapons: The spear she carries called Shin Mei "Way of the Opened Palm". It is extremely heavy since it is made of mysterious metal that bends like bamboo and said to be near unbreakable. The weapons tip is made of seastone. All over the pole are intricate designs of asian writing scriptures. Given to her by her master, it was said to be the treasure many marital artist sought after and rumoured that the spear was blessed by the gods and is indestructable and stays forever sharp. What made this point more believable is that after centuries of use, the carving still looks like it was freshly etched and there are no marks of combat along the pole. The fancy ribbon behind is also a potential weapon as the grey thing at the back is a hard steel weight, so it can be used as a mace. Also, it allows her to launch her spear a fair bit and use the ribbon to reel it back in quickly.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Being from a chinese martial art school, Kuu Fei excelled in unarmed combat. Graduating all classes at 10 and excelling in Tai Chi, her master decided that she being a child prodigy, to take her in and teach her the forbidden technique of ki attacks. The essence was to learn the fundamentals and figure the rest out by yourself. The only move she has figured is the Tai Chi style of using her ki to manipulate the nature. So far, her only attack is to use her ki to disrupt the air via an open palm thrust which causes a chain reaction of the air in front, whcih sends it at extreme speed towards the enemy. In her full or half form, she can hold her spear in one of hr nine tails and use her hands for kenpo. The tails react to her will and is basically another 9 pair of limbs which she can use to hold things. Also, due to its length, she can also use the tails to whip, choke, constrict etc etc if given the chance

History: Kuu Fei was an orphan in the poor town of Tai Ma. Scavenging for living, she managed to live until she met her current teacher. He was travelling through the town when she attempted to pick his pocket. Unknown to her that he is a master of a martial arts school, she managed to get as far as taking his purse out halfway when he instinctively turned and launched an open palm thrust. Just seeing the small girl, he was unable to stop and the thrust powerful enough for adults to get blown back several metres. Surprisingly, Kuu Fei and her extremely fast reaction time pushed the palm aside to the left, coming out completely unscuffed. As she ran, the master was shocked at her potential and grabbed her by the collar. After a while of struggling, he managed to settle her down and offer to take her to his school. Then, anything was better than her meager exsistance, so she took it up without a thought. From then on, she trained under her masters tutelage with her fellow students. Unfortunately, she didn't stay with her fellow students for long as she quickly rose through the school with unprecident speed, graduating at 10. Her teacher, seeing her grow, decided to teach her the principle of the forbidden techniques and let her train herself. Th rest of her life at the school was spent training in the woods behind the school, filled with dangerous animals. Her reaction time was finely tuned and was raised to the limit of a human. However, she has only managed to reach the most fundamental stage of the forbidden techniques when her master decided to give her Shin Mei, the schools treasure spear and told her to leave for the world, as there was nothing left to learn here. When she refused, he thought of a cunning plan and told her to defeat the ten schools of martial arts before coming back. The schools where scattered all over the world and in her mission to defeat them all, her teacher believed that she can sharpen her skills much better in the open world. Taking a wold map, her teacher told her the location of the first school and told her to find the rest herself. When she went and defeated the first school and took their sacred weapon (as it is done as a tradition), the Yi Ting Sword ( Two skies) and sets off for the others, searching the unknown seas.

Description: Very attractive in a black widow sort of way. She also has an impressive 200 iq before the accident. Afterwards, it jumped to 350. She is extremely fast and strong, plus very tough, due to an experiment that went awry. She is in general a shooter and a fist fighter. Even with enhanced senses and body, she would, for example, still lose to zoro in a sword fight due to inexperience in that area.

Special abilities: Due to the freak accident at her manor (refer to history for more detail), she was infused by an accidental chemical which was created when several unknown bottles of chemical accidentally mixed when the house started shaking and covered her. The chemical changed her body completely, her eyes could see virtually in the dark (no zooming in though) and her left eye (red) sort of turned into a HUD that helps her in shooting with extreme hand-eye coordination. Her right eye (blue) takes in every detail and movement that it sees and allows her to mentally take apart an objects constitution and the materials its made off (this would make no sense unless they had prior knowledge of science). Her bones have been strengthened tremendously and are close to impregnable. Organs are resistant to damage and will not rip, tear, or collapse easily (will feel the pain if she got kicked in the stomach). Her reaction time is pushed to 0.2 seconds and in addition to her already incredible brain, she can use a larger proportion of her brain (75%. Average people use less than...15% i think). Her muscles are extremely strong and can handle heavy things (on par with Zoro. Think back to Arabasta and the building) and her smell, hearing and touch senses are amplified.
HOWEVER! She is not invulnerable. Bullets still pierce, skin still can get cut and if several tones fall on her when she isn't aware, she will die. Do remember she did not get this naturally, but by a freak accident, so it was not via training like zoro

Clothes: A suit shirt that is only buttoned half way up to her breast, revealing her stomach and the sleeves a rolled up to her elbow. She wears a tartan skirt with same design pouches on top. Underneath, she wears a sports skin fit pats (like in the Japanese anime) and a high military boots.

Weapons: The bazooka in her hand that has a bayonet attached to it. It can fire off a large shell once and after that, some smaller rocket grenades before reloading. In the front of her waist hangs a large caliber pistol that hold 10 rounds of .44 magnum rounds capable of stopping a charging man at full speed. At the back of her waist is a sawn-off SPAZ 12 12 gauge shotgun holding 15 rounds and finally, a 6 inch military knife for all use from slitting throats to peeling apples that resides at her left thigh. The pouches contain an assortment of add ons and additions to her weapons plus ammo.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Using her bazooka to launch her into the air, she uses the falling momentum to increase her natural power and smashes the ground causing a shockwave of 10 metre diametre. When her opponent is disorientated, she leaps towards them from a dash using her abnormal speed and launches extremely powerful punches at joints and critical areas. These punches are relatively slower as its main concern is to deal maximum damage, internally and externally, before she sends them flying with a final punch and then finishing him/her off by putting a shell into the opponent's chest with her pistol. Since the opponent is disorientated, depending on their reaction, they may have a chance of dodging.

Specialties: Alchemy, tinkering with science, building gizmo's and construction (Ships to weapons) I guess since she's into science, that also makes her a chemist, making healing salves and health stuff. (Not a doc tho)

History: Lady Santino was married into an extremely rich and smart family of Efreet at the age of 14. Her husband, Lord Sironora Efreet, aged 20, was an accomplished alchemist, scientist and inventor. She herself was interested in his work and was extremely smart and capable. When she was 17, she had her first daughter, Mayala. She and her husband were delving into dangerous areas of alchemy and science, but despite the dangers, her husband pushed on, for he was looking for a cure for all diseases, the legendary Philosopher Stone. One day, she was in the chemical labs upstairs when the whole house shook violently. So violently, that all the chemicals fell off the shelves. Santino, being in the extremely dangerous area, looking for a specific chemical for her husband was avoiding the falling harmful substances when 6 fell from above, breaking open on her body, knocking her out and coating her body. This was the mixture that changed her body completely in the time she was unconscious. In that time, the house collapsed, killing her daughter in the playroom and close to crushing Santino to death. Luckily, by that time, her internal physic had changed enough to let her survive. When she woke up, she hurridly pushed the rubble off her (1 tonne!) and ran to her daughter's room. She was struck by a falling rock at had bled to death slowly rather than a quick death. Cradling her in her arms, she ran towards the lab to see how her husband was doing. The further down she got, the more undamaged the house was. As she burst in, the far end where her husband experimented was a mess, like a nuke had gone off. Her husband laid a metre from the scene, still alive. Rushing to his side, he whispered "...i screwed up, too much energy... give up...Santino..." before dieing as well. Her emotions told to her to cry, and she would have have it not been the brain upgrade. Her mind instinctively told her crying was useless in this situation and that the best chance of rescuing her husband and daughter was cryogenics until she had found a cure. The Efreets were studying cryogenics and the electricity was powerd by the sea current running through underneath the island, powering the houses generator. Setting them into it, she was sure that they were still rescueable. According to her brain, anyone can be resucitated if they were frozen correctly before an hour after death. When everything was ready, she walked towards the book her husband used to study for the Philosopher Stone. Beside it was this "Elixir of Rebirth". Even with her new brain reasoning, she set off at once for this miraculous elixir, hoping to rescue her family.

Their island was famous for producing famous shipwrights, scientists and blacksmiths. An example was the genious girl, Santino (rp character). Desiree followed both father and mothers footsteps, working in the smith with her father on odd days and at the docks as a shipwright on even days with her mother. Her two brothers went into carpentry, so she was her fathers only disciple. Unknown to her is that her fathers renowned skill in creating beautiful blades shaped as exotic keys Her father frequently went out to the sea for long periods of time and returned with materials she has never seen. When she asked her father, all she got was that it was the best materials to made the "Keyblades", as people dub them, and was only found near the end of the grand line. When she was 18 and a fully fledged carpenter AND blacksmith, her father was gravely wounded in the forge. The doctor said he would not be able to make swords anymore. Upon hearing this, Desiree announced she was going to take up her fathers place as the"Keyblade" blacksmith, and to debut herself, Desiree set out to find the island mine her father always went to and make a fine blade that matches her fathers name.
