Name: Elena Shitoko (Annadale)
Age: Appears to be 21 years old, but died in 1872

Description: Wears the standard black kimono without both sleeves. The pants are extra long and the sash that ties the kimono has red fiery patterns on it. Rather lean and slim. Has a rather pale looking skin and quite tall for a girl (176cm). Has long blode hair untied down to her hip and has a side fringe that is pushed behind her left ear, coming down to the base of her neck.

Fighting Style: A mixture of european fencing and japanese kendo with emphasis on european fencing

Division: Unknow. Currently is an exiled shinigami in Tsurai's faction

Rank: Unknown, but her powers are around a 4th, 3rd seater.

Zanpakutou: Kansei Pa-ji (foreigner)

-Sealed: A normal looking katana with a pentagon hand guard.

-Incarnation: A tall blonde, spiky haired male, dressed in a white suit shirt, pants, shoes and a silver necklace.

-Shikai:Crying out "Segregate, Kansei Pa-ji", her blade becomes larger by 50% and becomes clear liquid like. It attempts to engulf the opponent in a liquid bubble and drains the opponents reiatsu and energy, tiring them out. Multiple bubbles can be made and when an opponent is trapped inside, it causes minor lacerations (around 10) every 5 seconds. Unlike the bubble prison in naruto, opponents can escape and user has to will the bubble to move.

-Bankai: "Complete Purge" (dunno jap translation)
Basically the shikai in a 10X version. In addition to the above abilities, Sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell, strength and speed deteriorates gradually (temporary of course) and the lacerations range from minor to major. Internal damage is also possible and the bubbles are larger, able to make more are easier to control its movement and are faster.

Bio:Was in Japan during the Meiji Restoration. Her original family was murdered in a bandit raid and was saved by a minor lord by the name of Mino Shitoko. Seeung how unfortunate she was, he took her in and she lost her European name. Being an important samurai, his family was targetted for assassination and her family was murdered yet again, this time, she understood the terror of murder, and was killed after she was forced to watch her foster family killed.

When she reached soul society, she quickly joined the Gotei 13, but kept to herself, so not a large deal is known about her life in the service. Like Tousen, her reason for betraying the Gotei 13 is obscure and mysterious, execept the fact that her last words after cutting down 15 members of her team and accidently leaving one alive, was " Justice cannot be done in the position i am in now..."

She appeared recently in the company of Ryumon Tsurai, Kiba and many other exiled shinigamis and her intentions are unknown
