Name: Sayo Hatori Nickname: Suiken no Hatori Age: 19 Gender: Male Date of Birth: 3 september 1988 Home Town: Cocoyashi Village Occupation: Pirate Eyes: Brown nearing to yellow Hair: Messy black hair of average length Body: Rather tall, yet slim. he looks rather muscular (bit like Souichiro from Tenjou Tenge). Tanned skin due to a year long exposure to the sun in Skypeia.. He has the word DEATH in capitals tattood on his back. After he joined the Sunny pirates he let the sunny's mark be tattood on both his shoulders. Height: 6'3" Weight: 160 lbs Description: Strong and fast. Clothes: No shirt. black pants. leather steel-toed boots. Weapons: his glare Special Techniques/Attacks: Shin-no-ippou: A technique that binds the opponents body with fear. This is no devil fruit ability, and it can't be broken with a devil's fruit. The only way to counter it is to overcome your fear of death. It's very similar to the Vigor and Drive Technique, but completely different in other aspects. Soru: A common technique under high-ranked marines. It's a high speed movement, so fast the user seems to disappear and reappear somewhere else suddenly. Mizu Mizu no Tsunami: Creating a wall of water of about 30 meters high, which can be controlled at Hatori will. This is his second most powerfull and destructive technique. Mizu Mizu no bullet: Creating a bullet of water, which is shot at tremendous speed at the opponent Mizu Mizu no Whirlpool: A powerfull technique which can only be used at sea to sink an enemy's ship. Mizu Mizu no cyclone: This is in potential the most powerfull attack Hatori can do. It creates a twister of water. At sea this technique can destroy even a complete fleet in just one blow. At land, this technique causes a lot of destruction, but is less powerfull, due to the lack of water. Mizu Mizu no Waterfall: A technique to create a wall of water of limited length and height. Mostly just enough to protect Hatori. Suiken Elemental waterfist. His signature move. Sends a jetstream of water to the target. Able to crush ships. Specialties: To never miss a target at range within 300 meter radius, this is making him a very efficient long-range fighter.

The ability to be and control water. Personality: He's got a very strong will and determination, but doesn't like to fight.
He's a lazy ************hole, and loves to sleep and eat all day. He isn't an easy person to get along with, and therefore he hasn't got many friends. But it's getting better. Hobbies: Staring, eating, and sleeping Likes: Nice weather. Rain is still good Dislikes: ice Family: Mom (yet to be killed), Father (dead), 2 little brothers (somewhere on the ocean), and 1 big brother, whose a marine. Friends/Allies: Sunny Pirates Rivals: Never had Heroes: Monkey D. Dragon Dreams: To get rid of the dominating and corrupt world government History: When he was a kid he often sailed the oceans with his parents, who were both marines. When he was 8 years old he went with his parents on a trip to th emarine headquarters where they were researching the devil fruits, and stole one of them, which he ate after, ************uming it was just a normal fruit.
A few years later he broke up with his parents to become a pirate. Sadly he had to kill his father in a fight at sea. His mom managed to escape his father's fate. And he hopes he doesn't see her anymore so he doesn't have to kill her. And so his days as a pirate began.
Because of his ability he doesn't need a boat, and therefore he's yet unnoticed by the marines.
He met the Sunny Pirates, at that moment consisting of Sol, Luna and Jack, at Jaya. He joined the crew at Skypeia.
The DEATH tattoo is only showing when he doesn't care anymore about it being seen, or when he's on the verge of killing. He wears his tattoo in memorial of the killing of his father and the intent to kill in general. To never let his power consume him and drive him to madness.
Now he has been at Skypeia for about a year. He's gained some weight and grew a little taller. His muscles has been developed more, and his shoulders got broader.
Yontou Sanada - Powerhouse. Approved

Body: Human bodies consist of three types of muscles: white muscles, with explosive power and little endurance; red muscles, which are very weak, but have tremendous endurance; and pink muscles which combines the best features of those, but humans got very few of those. Sanada was born with an unusual high amount of pink muscles, and is therefore much stronger than he looks. He's a little muscular. Broad shoulders and of average thinness. Height: 6'5'' Weight: 200lbs Description: He's fast and strong, yet slow in taking corners Clothes: jeans, bare-foot, and a white shirt hanging open most of the time. Weapons: he uses hammers, and has a lot of them. The bigger ones (2) he's carrying on the back. And some hammers of normal sizes on his belt. Special Techniques/Attacks: Hammer smash (various destructive levels depending on the hammer he's using. Specialties: He's good at fighting and destroying. But in his heart he's very kind, and goes along well with children and animals. From his childhood untill now, he was always the strongest because of his muscle composition. And from his childhood he had always been training to become even stronger, and managed to convert more muscles into pink muscles. Then his father joined the rebellion in which he lost his life. Pirate Crew: None Bounty: none Devil Fruit: Puppet Puppet no Mi Devil Fruit Ability: A strange mixture of a Paramecia and Logia Type. It's activated and works like a logia, yet it alters the body. This Devil Fruit allows the user to become a puppet at will, and thus no nerves, and can reattach limbs. And it gives the user the power to change almost everything into a puppet, including his opponents, when time is given to do so. Personality: Stealthy, treacherous and ill-mannered Hobbies: Staring, eating and sleeping. Likes: sleeping and doing anything he desires Dislikes: Hatori, and basically everything the world has to offer. Family: Mom. (alive). Father (dead). 3 little brothers. Friends/Allies: None. Maybe he's considering Illsalin somewhat as one. Rivals: Hatori Heroes: None. He doesn't believe in heroes. Dreams: None. Just doing what he desires. History: He's the big brother of Hatori, yet he was always 2nd to Hatori in terms of almost everything, which annoyed him greatly. Even to such an extent it damaged his personality for his entire further life. His parents favored Hatori, although they also taught him the moves Shin-no-Ippou and Soru, but only together with Hatori, which meant 4 years later than Hatori, since he was 4 years older. He developed a serious complex of depression because of that, which resulted in extreme violence. His nickname comes forth of his DF, because the puppets he creates are poisonous, and mostly they attack suddenly, resembling the sting of a scorpion.
Due to his nature he was never promoted to Captain or higher, though his strength is equal if not higher than that of a Captain.
Honjou Takami (The Cobalt Herald). Approved

Exact location unknown Occupation: What he wants to be at the moment Eyes: Red pupils (Like Onime no Kyo) Hair: Long red (Like Onime no Kyo) Body: He doesn't look overmuscular, just muscular, but he could as well be made of solid steel. Height: 6'6'' Weight: 180lbs Description: He's both fast and strong, as a bad-************ should be. His reaction time is 0,1 seconds, the human limit to reaction time. Faster is impossible, because electricity just doesn't travel faster through the nerves. His punch can shatter rocks with ease, and he's able to outrun a soru user. Though this super-human strength and running won't last for very long. More like an explosion. Clothes: A cobalt-blue gi (a cloth they use in a lot of martial arts for the upper body. He uses this instead of the robe because he thinks the robe is lame), Black normal pants, two black earrings on his right ear, and some knee-high boots made of deer-leather. Weapons: None. He thinks weapons are beneath his honor...as far as he has any honor at least. Special Techniques/Attacks: None, just brawl-fighting Specialties: Cheating with gambling Pirate Crew: The Cobalt Herald Bounty: ? Devil Fruit: Akuma Akuma no Mi (Devil Devil Fruit) Devil Fruit Ability: Zoan-type. Allows him to transform into a demon. Looks like demon from "Night on Bald Mountain" from "fantasia" (Not 2000 version!!!!). In half state he becomes about 1,5 times as big, and grows wings, horns and fangs. Also this DF affects the mind to become a demon in mind. Thus affecting the personality. Thus needs to be concluded this to be an "evil" fruit. Personality: He loves to fight, and fights always full force, without ever holding back. He's a bastard that only cares about fighting and cheating at gambling to win money. Ever since he met the others from the Cobalt Herald, he's become a little more picky in his choices of who to fight. He respects the lot from the Cobalt Herald, though he doesn't always agree with them, in their heart their just as evil, and thus respect worthy in his eyes.
Evil is insane, and he's insane and therefore can be concluded he's evil, yet he doesn't see himself as evil. He is as he is and he's content with that ecplanation. Hobbies: fighting and cheating at gambling Likes: gambling and fighting Dislikes: Nothing, he hasn't got any feelings if something other than gambling and fighting. Women might be something for distraction, but he doesn't particularly likes them. Lust is something he has, but more a bestial kind. Family: He totally obliterated his whole family Friends/Allies: none. Only a hold-fire with the Cobalt Herald somewhat. Somehow he feels attracted to them in a way he doesn't understand, and thus he stays with them. Rivals: none, if one arises he won't live to tell the tale Heroes: none Dreams: none, he gave up on dreams a long time ago. History: Not much is known about this person except for a few facts.

- When he appeared he'd already eaten the Fruit. Through thorough investigation the government found out he'd eaten the DF as a young child, this was found out by Dr. Vegapunk. No more is known.

Age: 17 Gender: female Date of Birth: February 29th Home Town: Split Island, South Blue Occupation: Wandering death Eyes: Sparkling blue eyes Hair: middle-long blond hair Body: She's smoking hot...should say enough. Height: 5'3" Weight: 140lbs Description: She isn't much of a fighter, and doesn't like to either. She is very much bothered by her DF, which is causing her to murder people unwanted. Clothes: Stylish. Depends on the moment. She's got several outfits. Weapons: A staff, to keep people at a distance. She doesn't want to kill. Special Techniques/Attacks: None. Specialties: Killing. Looking weak. Pirate Crew: None. She is a mercenary for hire. Bounty: ? Devil Fruit: Rip Rip fruit. Devil Fruit Ability: paramecia-type. This DF allows the user to rip everything organic apart she touches with her skin. It doesn't matter if she touches it with her feet, leg, hands, neck or whatever. This ability can't be canceled. Personality: She hates fighting, but decided that she could as well make use of her ability. Basically just a cute and caring girl, forced into a role she doesn't really desire. Hobbies: Daydreaming. Likes: Boys, although she can't get them. And cakes. Dislikes: Perverts. Family: Father, mother, and 2 younger sisters. Friends/Allies: None, due to her ability, or curse as she calls it, she is unable to make friends, and allies is something she hasn't got at the moment. Rivals: her sisters, who are pestering her with the fact she can't get a boyfriend. Heroes: none Dreams: To find a man who is caring and isn't affected by her ability. History: She had a normal youth, and grew up happily. She had some boyfriends, and also cared for her little sisters, who were also growing up, and had their problems. (Love, and that sort of thing she'd already been through.) Though some little after her 16th birthday. (Or should I say 4th?:p) she found an odd looking fruit in the bushes behind school. She showed it to her friends, but they didn't know what it was. DFs were considered only a legend. So they provoked her to eat it. And so she did. It tasted horrible, but the sad thing already happened. Her ability was born, and the first thing that happened was her friend losing an arm after touching her with it. Terribly in shock, because the same happened to the others, she went to the hospital. Her friends were treated, but they all missed some limbs. It was her fault they said, and she's still a bit traumatized by that.

Mostly it has no meaning at all and is just random Bullshit. After a while also he came to believe the God of Bulls was everything. But he went even further than his father, and tried to convince other people to follow his religion with him as supreme Commander and High Priest. Nowadays he's still trying to do so. Name: Kawasaki Itou Nicknames: Kawasaki Age: 28 Gender: male Date of Birth: Septembe 23rd Home Town: Yashu city, South Blue Occupation: secretary of an allegedly world-wide fanclub devoted to a self-proclaimed God! Eyes: green. Sparkling when in vicinity of Him Hair: blue-ish hair (like Franky (the color)) which is cut, or shaven, into a soldiers haircut. Thus very short hair. Body: Pretty masculine. Broad shoulders and strong muscles. Height: 6'4" Weight: 190lbs Description: He's strong, but that's basically all he has. His speed increases dramatically though when doing something for Him or when he activates his DF. Clothes: Attire consists of sandals, above that he wears just normal trousers which are quite ragged, and are starting to disintegrate, making it easy to move in. Than above that he has a spotless white blouse with short sleeves. He wears gloves, which don't cover his fingers, with metal spikes on it. To finish his attire he has a pair of sunglasses like Vash the Stampede from Trigun. Weapons: His ability, although one could argue about that really being his weapon. And the spiked gloves he's wearing. Special Techniques/Attacks: To be revealed. Specialties: Kawasaki's fanaticism to Him is the very reason why he's gained the secretary-status of the FWWWFC. He gains much more speed and strength the moment someone dares to try to defile the greatness which is Him. He seems to be in possession of some sort of sixth sense or something which allows him to instantly be aware of any ill intentions about to be executed towards the target of his worshiping. As far as he's concerned, no one has the rights to try and disturb Him. No man is nowhere near His level, and as such, have absolutely no right whatsoever to try to force themselves into His acknowledgment...maybe Floran. Though he admits that mockingly. Devil's Fruit: moto moto no Mi Devil's Fruit Ability: zoan-type; Allows the user to transform into a motor, or a hybride. Crew: The FWWWFC (Fever Wright's World Wide FanClub) Bounty: None. Personality: Boastfull and proud. Has a lot of pride, and loves to exaggerate his enormous awesomeness which is still nothing compared to His awesomess. Habits: drinking gasoline when he is angry. Never even thinks His name. Hobbies: Speaking big words of Fever Wright, and a little less himself, advertising His greatness to all people. He's sort of His bodyguard, often being the one to let people who try to approach the man to know that they're unworthy of Him, in a forcefull way. He always seems to know when He is going to say something, and he listens colpletely silent, not even moving an eyemuscle. Likes: Him Dislikes: The "unenlightened", as he calls them - those being the people who are unaware of the glory and divinity which is Fever Wright. Also hates it when people don't acknowledge him as being awesome Family: Famile in Yashu City. Friends/Allies: the other members of the FWWWFC. Rivals: None. His history consists of nothing out of the ordinary untill he reaches age 20. He lives in a big city, and goes to school and such. He met a girl, and they formed a couple. They broke up, and Kawasaki decided to go away from the city, and he set sail. Finally he ended up in some minor pirate crew. In these days he gained a lot of experience, though he never became notorious. Though someday they docked at some island. If you ask him, he can't tell you the name or even where it is, but anyway, the islands was a paradise. There was a lot of food, both vegetables and fruit, and meat. They collected some food, and Kawasaki saw a rather strange fruit lying in the bushes. He poked it a few times, and concluded it wouldn't eat him, and wasn't rotten, and because he was hungry he ate it quickly before anyone would see. Much to his displeasure it tasted horrible. But right after he ate it he felt a little strange. After pondering and trying out a bit, he dicovered he could transform now. He concluded that the fruit must have been a Devil Fruit. He got back to the crew, and they set off again the following day, they had a lot of supplies, so they reached the next island without any problems. There he saw a preaching guy. It turned out to be Fever Wright. He was captivated by the man's words, and decided to follow that guy. This was 2 years ago.
Diego Las Lluvas. Captain of IP5

Name: Diego las Lluvas Nicknames: Requiem Age: 30 Gender: male Date of Birth: may 21st Home Town: Kingdom of Drum Occupation: Captain in IP5 Eyes: Opale. Eye color has shades of yellow blue and purple depending on the light, giving his eyes a kaleidoscope of colors. Hair: length an cut like Shanks', deep purple color nearing to black. Body: Toned, but nothing over-excessive. Looks decently strong. Height: 6'0" Weight: 85kg Description: He looks strong, but his skills are topping his looks. He's much more skilled than he looks. (That's why he's high-ranked in the IP5) Clothes: He wears a white colored spotless suit of the finest brand, and a black bouse beneath it, with a purple stock. Often wears an wjite hat to match the suit. His insignia isn't visible, he keeps it in his pocket on the inside of his jacket. Weapons: His fists, and his way of fighting. Special Techniques/Attacks:
Yonryu:
1) Kazeryu (Wind-style): A very fast attack consisting of a sudden appearence (seemingly) of diego aside of the victim of the attack, and is followed by a very fast backwards jab to the nose in a slightly upwards motion. Opponent mostly dies since nose-bone will break off, and pierce itself into the brain, having death as result.
2) tsuchiryu (rock-style): A technique used for defense. Using as little movement as possible he's deflecting his opponts attack with the least effort. All attacks just missing barely, but none will hit. (Unless opponent is very skilled)
3) Horyu (fire-style): A powerfull attack able to beat multiple opponents coming from one side. Usefull when fighting in a tight hallway. It's basically an attack where Diego uses all his muscles in his body to create the most explosive force possible to literally pierce through his opponents. The power is such that it might take down about 10 opponents at once.
4) Mizuryu (water-style): A flowing combination of defending and attacking at the same time. Used to fight multiple opponents coming from multiple sides. Technique is sort of an unending dance to beat the opponents. While defending, at the same time an attack is done. There are no useless movements. Every defensive movement defends, every attacking movement hits, and mostly kills, or at least KOs. Specialties: Silent killing. Devil's Fruit: none Devil's Fruit Ability: none Crew: IP5 Bounty: none. Personality: He's the utmost example of a sophisticated gentleman. He's never rude, and speaks gallantly. Although he always carries out his mission with perfection. Habits: Putting on his leather gloves before fighting or killing.
Also before he fights with the intend to kill says the line: "Requiem Aeternam dona eis Domine, Amen." Which means translated: "Lord, give them eternal rest, Amen." This has given him the nickname Requiem. Hobbies: Lounging. He enjoys socializing with people who are showing class. Likes: culture, social high class gatherings Dislikes: Pirates, people without any feeling of class. People who dislike high culture. Family: Father and mother who are nearing the end of their days in peace. Only child. Friends/Allies: Anyone who is showing any form of class he's considering his friend to some extent. He feels that it's necessary to uphold the high class tradition in this world of withering morality. His allies are the marines he consideres worthy. He's enough down to earth to see that corrupt marines do exist. Rivals: Anyone disturbing social order. Heroes: none. Dreams: To save the world of the current downfall of morality. History:
He was a child of wealthy parents and grew up in peace. At young age, age 5 to be precise, he decided he wanted to uphold justice, and rid the world of evil. So he decided to learn martial arts. He has learnt various styles and ways of fighting bare-handed, from all these styles eventually he created his own style. Called 'Yonryu'. It consists of 4 different fighting forms which deal with various circumstances. (Explained further in the special techniques header)
At age 20 he decided to join the marines, for he though that to be the best way to uphold justice. He quickly climbed the ranks, and has been Captain in IP5 for a couple of years by now.
Vladimir Enescu

Occupation: Navigator Eyes: blue Hair: dark brown, half-long hair Body: Toned, but nothing over-excessive. Bronze-colored skin. Height: 6'3" Weight: 87 kg Description: He's both strong and fast, but his main strength doesn't lie in that. If strong would be a criteria, there are a lot stronger than him. If speed was the criteria, there are a lot who are faster. But his main strength lies in his techniques, which he learned from his foster-father. Clothes: White blouse, hanging open on top. Black pants, and boots made of deer-leather, boots coming to half-way between his anklesand knees. Furthermore he has two black earrings in his right ear. Weapons: His fists, and his way of fighting. History: He was born in an unknown place, and in an unknown time. He was found on sea with just a card which said his name by Diego who was at that moment 12 years old. Since the baby was obviously just a few days old, that became his birthday. And so he grew up. He grew up to be quite different than his brother though. While his brother was quite the classy gentleman, he was the 'briccone' (the joker) of the lot. Still,m his brother taught him his way of fighting, the Yonryu. He wasn't such a great pupil though, so he decided to specialize in the Mizuryu, and to practice the others, but not emphasize on it. Because of his Mizuryu he is called 'Flowing Water'. His brother joined the marines, he he fell to Piracy. His brother doesn't want to acknowledge him as his brother anymore.
