Devil Fruit Ability: Half-beast form: Forms a strong tail, spits highly-corrosive venom. Becomes much broader at the shoulders and becomes a few notches stronger and faster overall. (Cobras strike at high speed and the increased broadness makes for more strength) Also, his upper body becomes a bit flat and he grows scales on his entire body, which turns brown with flashy yellow spots, indicating he’s venomous! He also grows a happy few large fangs which contain venom capable of killing a person in a matter of minutes. In addition to this, his jaws become capable of opening very, very wide.
Personality: Likes to fool around with people by pulling nasty pranks on them just for the sake of laughing. In other words: Sadistic. Also very arrogant. Thinks he’s the best there is and no-one’s going to say otherwise on behalf of keeping their teeth in their mouths.

History:

Flatburg was a huge town in a huge island within West Blue. The less-wealthy family line of Necroth had dimished into the last married couple, who had two children - a boy and a girl, the second coming in less than a year after the first. Unfortunately, the mother died after giving birth to the second one. boy would be named Kaliya. The father raised the two the best he could, gaining quite the lot of help from the relatives.

As the children grew up, the father would alway remind them of their late mother and of the fact that she'd be watching them even from beyond the grave. He would take them outside the family crypt each week. However, one day the children broke into the crypt and exhumed her grave, playing with her remains. Some bypassers noticed and took them back home, whereas their father was absolutely infuriated as he had no choice but to punish the two and explain that such things cannot be done. The children went on doing it over and over again, claiming that it was all right since their mother was with them as they were playing with her, until the crypt had way too strong locks and such built on it so that they could no longer break in. Kaliya then started martial arts training to one day be strong enough to crush locks like that with ease. However, since Kaliya was pretty fat and clumsy, it wouldn’t proceed too well.

The two found a Devil's Fruit from a ship they sneaked on one day, taking it to their hideout with them. It was nothing unusual to hear scary tales of such fruits, ones stating that anyone who eats such will explode or become a monster of some sort. Kaliya wouldn’t eat it himself, but kept nagging his sister to take a bite out of it. Eventually she gave in and took a bite.

Some days later she had learned enough of her newfound abilities to use them for breaking into the crypt once again. After that, the townsfolk had had enough, insisting that the two would be kept locked up or something. The father was about to give up hope by that rate, which is why he had the family crypt demolished and took all the family remains home, whereas the two were allowed to play with them all they wanted.

Perhaps the decision their father made was a less bright one. The two developed an odd interest on human remains, learning more and more of such as they grew up. Kaliya soon found his sister capable of changing the structure of corpses and such and requested to be rid of his ugly, fat appearance. After a few tries, some of them made him twist in agony, Kaliya found himself having a fine toned body.

They could now play around with mom at home every day. Kaliya however, didn’t give up on the crypts and graveyards. He kept visiting them and one day, while training his martial arts in secret, he found another devil’s fruit inside one of them. He knew Bulila had gained many nice abilities from her devil’s fruit, so he also took a bite and being a boy, he insisted on eating the whole damned thing. So then both of the siblings had the powers of a devil’s fruit. That, combined with the fact that they played with bones all the time, freaked the villagers out. Due to that, they became outcasts soon enough, which is why they wouldn't be accepted into schools or such. The father raised them until they were old enough to leave home, whereas he kicked both of them out during the very same day. As if that hadn't been enough, the townsfolk chased them out of the town shortly after.
