Once upon a time there were marines who were corrupt. And then there was Mrivali, who was on a league of his own. Even Spandam looks like a saint if compared to this bastard!

Name: Mrivali D. Emoness (AHAHAHAH!! "EMONESS"! IT BE THE WORD OF THE HOUR! Damn that surname has many meanings. Demoness, meaning he's demonic, although it sort of refers to him as a female. And then that's he emo! Although he's not... Oh well.)

Eyes: His left eye is brown, while his right one is black - that being a glass eye.

Hair: Halfway to his back long, shiny golden, all combed over to his right, hanging behind his shoulder.

Body: Rather muscular and wide-shouldered. Tanned caucasian skin, with an eerie purple tint to it. Has a pointy nose and an unshaved blonde beard, and a gold tooth which he loves to show as he grins by opening the left side of his mouth slightly. A long vertical scar travels past the glass eye.

Height: 5'7

Weight: 239lbs

Description: The pillarstone of marine corruption. A twisted monster who considers the marine flag as a mere cloak which he can use to go around doing whatever suits him the best. Extremely dangerous due to the extraordinarily powerful devil's fruit he possesses.

Clothes: Dark-grey jeans with white flames pictures on the hems, accompanied by a brown blouse, and a stained, filthy light-grey coat on it. Also wears a red silk scarf around his neck, a light-brown cowboy hat, a loosely tied black belt with white rivets and a gun in a brown leather holster, and cowboy boots with silver spurs. To make it simple - he pretty much resembles a cowby.

Weapons: His devil's fruit ability and his gun, among other things.

Devil's Fruit: Neta Neta no Mi (Material Material Fruit)

Devil's Fruit Ability: Logia-type; allows the user to become or produce a strange unknown gas, which possesses the appearance of a thick dark-purple mist. The odd thing is, that the gas contains the properties of metal, thus being solid and theorically impossible to go through in any way. To make it simple - he can produce floating clouds of terrifyingly strong metal at will; as well as turn into such.

Crew: The Navy Marines

Personality: Evil. Twisted. Sadistic. Psychopathic. Corrupt. Egoistic. Loves killing people, and is not afraid to use his rank to get away with it. Despite the way the World Government favors him, he pledges no loyalty back to them.

Habits: Loves to grace people with his signature grin, whereas he opens the left side of his mouth slightly to show his golden tooth to them. Calls people 'pests', often making several analogies revolving around such when wanting to mock people.

Hobbies: Killing people. Whenever he enters a town and sees pirates in it, or leaving it, he may just get in there and slaughter all the townsfolk, while blaming it on the pirates in his report. It's their word against his, after all...

Likes: Power. Wealth. And killing! ><

Dislikes: Having to pay attention to others. People who he deems inferior.

Family: Deceased.

Friends/Allies: A few selected people in the Navy; one of them being captain Jokamie. Some rumors fly around that he may be involved with a couple of pirates as well.

Rivals: None.

Heroes: Himself.

Dreams: To rid the world of all three admirals and the other possible higher ups of the World Government, and rule it all as a dictator... Has actually planned this out to some extenct; meaning that it is not merely a dream of his.

Other: The World Government favors Mrivali a whole lot, possibly due to knowing how influental and powerful he is. He has been offered the position of an admiral several times, but he turned it down due to reasons he wished to keep to himself. Truth is, that he knows how the position of an admiral would restrict his free-time and such, thus ruining his casual butcherings of random islands as well as any plans of world domination.

History:
Mrivali's parents were notorious criminals, who travelled the world while escaping any pursuers - such as the navy. Both were infamous for their strength, as they were both speculated to possess extremely powerful devil's fruit abilities. Thus, when the woman gave birth to Mrivali on the run, they also fed him one as he was a baby. The marines caught them shortly after, killing both his parents during the battle.

The marines considered the orphan, whom possessed a devil's fruit, a very potential addition. Thus, they raised and trained Mrivali in order to have him become one of the next marine heroes one day. Unfortunately, his lack of real parenting may have been the reason why he lacked the ability of sympathy and such, soon turning into a murderous sociopath. His rank and reputation kept raising, but his actions were hardly on par with his fame. Few people - if any - are aware of the foul things which are running through Mrivali's head; or the pointless murders he commits on a daily basis.
