Special Techniques/Attacks: Retard Retard Beam: Merisa fires a blueish beam which turns a person into a total retard for about 5 minutes.
Retard Retard Surgery: Usually follows after a Retard Retard Beam. Merisa plays a few tricks with her opponents head, which takes about 2 hours. The victim will stay a retard forever. She usually asks Victor (see thread) to hold the victim down while she operates.

Retard Retard palm strike: Merisa strikes her opponent with her palm, causing him to become a retard for an approximate 10 seconds.

History: Merisa grew up like every normal child. She has always been very ugly and thus other girls looked down on her and no boy would kiss her and such. She then ate a weird fruit her teacher brought in to lecture the class about and when he grabbed her to punish her, he was suddenly making some lame comment about birds singing martial artist songs: 'Ki, Ki, KI'. Then, she gradually learned how to control her retard power and set off to make the world a better place, full of retards, who wouldn't call her ugly and look down upon her.
Upon meeting Victor, she saw some sort of handyman, capable of pinning down her victims. And seeing as he already was a retard, she wouldn't have to do anything to him.
