Special Techniques/Attacks: He thinks it's special, because he can split about everything with it: Axe Mega Cutter: Victor swings his axe twice around his body and then he swings it at his opponent and shouts the incredibly lame name for the attack.

History: Victor was born in Elbaf, between the giants, but for some strange reason, he wouldn't grow as fast as his peers. Because of this, he was always being bullied and such and one day, he ran off to the forest. In this forest there was some kind of shrine, dedicated to an obscure god of war. In this shrine, there was a huge axe, about 10 feet long. He decided to take the axe, but he couldn't swing it, he wasn't powerful enough.

He then started to train his muscles every day and soon, the bullies found out his strength wasn't something they could mess with anymore, the hard way. Those bullies then ran to their parents, showed them their bruises and said Victor was some kind of brute monster, attacking everyone at random.
Those big giants then went to chase Victor off the island, with the reason being that Victor wasn't one of them, he was a 'shorty'. At that point, Victor swung his axe at his mother and since his father jumped in front of her, he killed them both in one swing. This particular swing became his sunday strike: the Axe Mega Cutter. He was then killed by the rest of the villagers, but he regenerated. But, because it got annoying to be killed over and over again, Victor left by himself.
From that day on, Victor trained every single day, in order to grow strong enough to kill off the entire village of Elbaf on his own, without having to die and regenerate each single time.
After years of living this way, he encountered Cyrus Page when trashing some random store and decided he kind of liked his spirit. That's how he came to join the crew.
