Description: he is very fast, and his strenght is also not to underestimate, at least he is really smart.

Clothes: he wears sandals, has a trouser which ends under his knees, normally he has no need for a shirt but when he wears one it is a chest open shirt on the top on that he has wings like the other skypia inhabitants.

Weapons: Since he is trained in “Thai zu“ he is very fast. He doesn't need a big sword he has two little sharp knives which are not longer than 25 cm. He wears them one on the right the other one on the left around his hip.

Special Techniques/Attacks: Telespike (deadly attack in which he teleports to the enemy and already in the same time attacks him)

Specialties: scouting espeacialy supported by his mantra. Because he is from skypia he can use this too (also helps him in fights)

Devil Fruit Ability: This Devil Fruit gives him teh ability to teleport. He can Teleport in two different ways. First way is as far as he can see the place he wants to go. The other way is through walls but only something about 10 meter. Also if someone touches him and he is teleporting, he can decide weather the person which touched him goes with him or stays.

Personality: More or less he is a very lazy person, he likes sitting in the sun, he is more the calm guy, but has a open heart and likes to make friends.

Hobbies: Riding the waves with his surfboard which is prepared with wind dials from Skypia

Likes: He likes having fun with his friends and watching the cloads which flash by.

Dislikes: If someone trys to joke on him or insult his friends

Family: unkown because he was found as baby drifting on a cloud, but a person you can see as important to him like a father would be the anchoret/hermit who found him

History: It was a sunny day, when Korgan the hermit goes to his favourite place for fishing (Korgan is master of the material arts "tay zu" a fighting style which relies in the speed the fighter has). It was a great day for fishing and he made some good catches. Suddenly a strong fish pulled at his rope. Bevor Korgan realized what is going to happen the fish had pulled him into the sea. He got entangeld with the rope of his rod and the fish pulled him far away from the island he used to live on. Half a day the fish continued pulling him through the ocean until the rope break. Nearly dead he could climb on a driftig cloud in the sea. There he found a baby wrapped in white cloths. The cloud drifted on and he had no idea where he was. He made a promise with himself: if he is able to keep alive, he will look for this baby, teach him all he know, and be his family for the future. Soon after his promise a ship appeard. They took them onboard and bring him back to his island.

6 Years later Korgan decide to make the child who he named Sky-Flyer his disciple and started to train him in tay zu. Another 7 years later an accident happend when Sky-Flyer was about 13 years old. Korgan thought he could train Sky-Flyer in advanced techniks. Therefore they went on a big moutain to train. But suddelny Sky-Flyer slipped and fall down a cliff. Barley he found hold at an lonly branch at the cliff, 600 meter above the ground, with an unkown fruit hanging on it. The day passed. Korgan could not help him whatever he tried and Sky-Flyer got hungry. So he decided to eat the fruit. In the morning he still was hanging at the branch but he had no strength left. After a while his hand slipped and he fall down. He already has fallen 500 meter when he looked up to Korgan and wished he could say Goodbye to him, tell him what a good man he is and thank him that he took care for him over such a long time. In the same second he dissapeard an appeard at the top of the mountain beside Korgan.
In the following 4 years he continued his training with Korgan but also started to train his ability.
Now he is 17 and he wants to start his first adventure. First Korgan doesnt want him to go but later he started to understand and allowed him to go. The next morning Sky-Flyer just jumped down to the blue sea. He hoped he would see an island to teleport to but there was no one. Ca .700 meter above the ocean he noticed a ship swimming in the ocean far away. He didn't know whehter he cold teleport so far, accessorily he couldn't see it very clear. But it was his only chance. He concetrate as much he could on the ship and ... made it.But because he didn't have seen it so clear, he nearly killed himself. The ship was a pirateship. They treated him as best they could. But because he seems to be seriously wounden although they couldn't see a wound they left him on an island to recover. Now he is fit again also he is impressed by the pirates he met. Ready to start his adventure and make friends he left the island to join a pirate crew.

What I don't get: Is your fruit a paramecia or a logia?
Sometimes it seemes a logia, and the other time you use it as a logia. Explain that, and it's probably approvable.

Its like a logia, in that it replaces his body with a element that spreads throughout his whole body. To me its not like a paramecia ability, because it deals with a element instead of altering his body, like luffy's rubber body. Therefore, it will be considered like the wind wind fruit, that is already been created, by another user.

Nope. He says he can blend with the air, which is a paramecia ability. For the rest you're right.

What exactly does "blend with the air" mean?

Does it mean to turn invisible anywhere he wishes, might as well make a invisible invisible fruit which will make more sense.

This fruit is much more of a weakest as a Paramecia, since you are actually wind, and can't hurt anything or touch an object. At least with a logia type, the user can turn back into a solid form as well.

I'm not sure if this is relevent, but Roronora Zoro's character, Mizuki Nagasaki, is awaiting approval on a wind logia, and if the other user's df is a paramecia, then I'd have to say that since Zoro's character was first, he should get firs pick.

Edit/ I think that he was talking about the other user, who's says that he can blend with air, making his a paramecia.

but if blend means to go invisible i dont get it why it means that it is Paramecia. Ace also looks like fire if he uses his ability and if Sky use his one too he goes invisible because u also can look through air. In my opinion its the same with different abilitys
