Bored, so I decided to make this list of the Devil Fruit's that are already in the series, and the Devil Fruits made and taken by characters here. This is of course so that people making characters can refer to it before giving their character a Devil Fruit so that they don't take one already made. Also, remember that Fruits from fillers and movies do count as well. If I miss any on the list, lemme know. Pictures and descriptions courtesy of OnePieceHQ and Wikipedia. Gomu Gomu no Mi (Gum Gum Fruit)
User: Monkey D Luffy
Ability: This fruit allows the user to stretch his/her body like rubber and cannot be hurt by physical attacks, bullets, or lightning. It also makes the person stronger and faster by pumping blood using the legs to transfer oxygen and other nutrients into other parts of the body, which is also known as Gear Second. Another power-up from this fruit is Gear Third, which requires user to blow up a limb and transfer the air to another limb making the bones of that part much stronger.

Bara Bara no Mi (Chop Chop Fruit)
User: Buggy the Clown
Ability: This fruit allows the user to be permanently unharmed by cutting attacks. It also gives the user the ability to detach their limbs and attack at long range. The only disadvantage is that the user is vulnerable if any of the limbs are caught by the opponent.

Ability: This fruit allows the user to change their weight from 1 to 10,000 kilograms or pounds. Thus, the user can float when he/she is light and then become heavier to crush the opponent on the bottom.

Ability: When this fruit is eaten, the user gains the ability to make any part of his/her body explode such as hair, mucus, or breath. However, no harm is done to the user when using this devil fruit power.

Noro Noro no Mi (Slow Slow Fruit)
User: Foxy the Silver Fox
Ability: When the person eats this fruit, it gives him/her the ability to emit Noroma Photons (which appears in pink rings). If the person or object is caught by the Noro Noro beam, he/she/it will be forced to slow down for 30 seconds.

Ability: This allows the user to create doors on any surface even in the air. The doors made by the user lead to another dimension. The user can also use doors on people as seen when Blueno created a revolving door on Luffy.

Awa Awa no Mi (Bubble Bubble Fruit)
User: Kalifa
Ability: This devil fruit allows the user to emit and control soap and bubbles that can clean off dirt. It also allows the user to "cleanse" a person's power by draining one's energy and leave the victim all clean and shiny. This ability is not to be confused with a Logia type fruit since the user cannot turn himself/herself into soap and bubbles. Thus, the user can still be harmed by physical attacks. The only way to counter this devil fruit ability is to use water.

Ability: This devil fruit allows the body of the user to be hard as rock and the fist can be heated up, which can damage an opponent badly. This devil fruit ability is only seen in One Piece Movie 2: Clockwork Island Adventure.

Kage Kage no Mi (Shadow Shadow Fruit)
User: Gecko Moria
Ability: This Devil Fruit grants the user the ability of complete control over shadows. This Devil Fruit can provide completion for many tasks. For example, he can steal a person's shadow, and that person would die in sunlight. Also, he can use his own shadow and make it into a solid object. This shadow can be split up into different shapes (Moria primarily uses bats), and can even be used as a shield or a fighter. A final ability of shadow stealing is the ability to insert the shadow into a person or oneself. Doing so would give that person all of the abilities of the corresponding shadow's original owner. Gecko Moria calls this attack "Shadow Asgard".

Yomi Yomi no Mi (Undead Undead Fruit)

Ability: This Devil Fruit gives the user the unique abilitiy to come back to life after dying. Brooke, the user of this fruit, however, could not locate his body once he died. For this reason, it took him many years to finally find it. Once he did, however, he had been reduced to a skeleton. Regardless, the Devil Fruit still worked and his soul entered the remains of his body.

Ability:Allows the user to transform into darkness and control darkness and gravity. Ability: Gives the eater superhuman powers of sight and also, to an extent, telepathy.
Hari Hari no Mi (Glass Glass Fruit)

Ability: Makes the user's body extremely sharp, as if glass shards. Touching the eater alone causes cuts, while the user is capable of using any part of their body as a cutting weapon. Also allows the user to turn objects into glass, making them easy to shatter. Downsides are that the user's own body is extremely fragile, as if being glass, while the user has also turned transparent.
Beto Beto no Mi (Stickiness Stickiness Fruit)

Ability: Gives the user the ability to make any part of their body surface incredibly sticky to other surfaces and materials. This also allows the user to vastly increase the effects of friction through rubbing their body along other surfaces, allowing them to create heat and static electricity at will.

Ability: Allows the user to make others retards for certain periods of time.

Ability: This fruit, when eaten, grants the user a body of smooth, intensely strong stone. The user essentially has a body made of rock, and is granted amazing strength, great defense against blades and blasts, the ability to slightly alter the shape and proportion of their body, and of course vastly increased weight.
Amari Amari no Mi (Rest Rest Fruit)

Ability: Enables the eater to cast a spell on any living organism that puts it to sleep. The duration of slumber depends on the victim.
Yori Yori no Mi (Twist Twist Fruit)
User: Bulila Necroth
Ability: Allows the user to 'twist' objects simply by sinking their hand into them, and then pulling, twisting, stretching, bending - or anything - to make the objects change it's shape. Physical strength of the user doesn't matter, since it feels like soft dough and is just as easy to manipulate. No matter what the material, the object will be stuck in it's twisted form once Bulila lets go of it; meaning that if she grabs a person by the face and bends their face into a messed-up spiral, the person's face would thus remain as that. Being soaked completely in water will undo the effects.

Souken Souken no Mi (Flash Flash Fruit)

Ability: Allows the eater to move at speeds exceeding even Soru. Also stregnthens the eater's legs to the point of being able to kick through thin to medium steel. The Flash energies can be channeled into objects as well, and enchanced senses are gifted to the user to cope with the intense speeds at which they move.
Quad Quad no Mi (Quad Quad Fruit)

Ability: Enables the user to grow one extra pair of arms and the whole body becomes four times more muscular and powerful than before.
Doozo Doozo no Mi (Go Go Fruit)
User: Vent Hanasu
Ability: The eater of this fruit gains an unfailing "internal compass", working very much like a Log Pose, its default setting is to Islands. But with a single thought the setting of the Go Go can be changed. From Food, to Killing Intent. So the user would be able to avoid danger, by sensing where Killing Intent is, and going the opposite way. It could also be used in battle, to lock on to where your opponent is, and the Go Go can be used to screw up the opponent's sense of direction, to the point where their own body and brain cannot work together to move properly.
Tomo Tomo no Mi (Ally Ally Fruit)
User: Hayai Narau
Ability: Upon eating this fruit, a Guardian Ally is formed. What this guardian looks, fights, and acts like is based on the personality of the eater. These Guardian Allies can be turned into small key chains for traveling.
Gata Gata no Mi (Rattle Rattle Fruit)
User: Dilbert Gitgit
Ability: Allows the user to create colorful explosions, flares, sparkles, fountains and such of the user's preference from just about anywhere near enough to the user. In addition, it renders the user immune to being burned or damaged by their own ability.
Jajji Jajji no Mi (Judge Judge Fruit)

Ability: This fruit allows the user to know every sin someone he is looking at has committed.
Rei Rei no Mi (Ghost Ghost Fruit)
User: Kakerai Kizu
Ability: Allows the user to phase through solid objects, including swords, bullets, and other solid hazzards. He/she cannot phase through fire, and other elemental types of attacks, or non-solid attacks. When this technique is used, the user makes their atoms juggle on the inside, enough so to pass through solids. Their atoms move so rapidly, it makes solids unable to stop atoms.

Ability: Renders the user's body bouncy.
Goki Goki no Mi (Tone Tone Fruit)

Ability: Allows the user to utilize "Burst Pulses." These are pulses of raw kinetic energy, that can only travel along the user's body. The eater would be able to use these pulses in conjunction with a punch, after punching a foe, a pulse would travel up their arm, and once making it to the end of the fist, an Impact style effect will take effect.

Ability: The user can set up explosives in under 3 seconds and see where there are explosives, he/she can regenerate explosives that have just gone off but if he/she regenerates them they only appear on his explosive belt also he/she has the ability to through explosives erratically.
Chiyu Chiyu no Mi (Cure Cure Fruit)

Ability: Grants the eater the power to cure most wounds he has inflicted on anyone, as well as most wounds that have been afflicted to someone by others.
Boutou Boutou no mi (Boom Boom Fruit)

Ability: Allows user to break the sound barrier in bursts, and when they do, creates an after image.
Illu Illu no Mi (Illu Illu Fruit)

Devil Fruit Ability: First, Illu Illu no Mirror: Creates Illusions to the number of characters specified. Second, Illu Illu no Rain Dance: Stuns the opponent for 10 minutes. Here the opponent can see, talk, and hear, otherwise, he/she can't move any of his/her organs.

Ability: Basically turns the user into a walking chemical lab. The user can create and mix dangerous chemicals in their body, and expel it through their skin. Also renders the user immune to poisons, and chemicals of any kind.

Ability: Allows the user to basically become a spider-girl, helping her to creat webs and use them as per her wish.
