Clothes: She usually wears a dark blue tank top with white ruffles bordering the straps and a light blue billowy skirt, and if she is wearing any footwear at all, she is wearing flip-flops.
Weapons: body, and she has begun learning the basics of some martial arts, including weapons.
Special Techniques/Attacks: *Shatterpoint: Belle has some sort of permanent Brain Point (Chopper), which allows her to see through enemies' weaknesses.

*Figment Sounds: Belle has showed signs of Psychic powers, but thus far the only thing she can really do with them is creating a sound at a random place (where she wants it). This sound can be anything she can think of. The maximum volume is restricted to about 90 Db, but since this was her first ability, it improves rapidly.

On top of this she can pick up and control minor objects like a plate of food or a pebble at will. The objects don't move at high speed yet, so basically it can't be used as an effective attack, but it CAN distract opponents and she can scare them with it.

Specialties: Thinking up strategies and finding weaknesses.

Bounty: none yet, although one might come in the near future, because of her knowledge of mutating humans.
Personality: she is very kind by nature, but she can't really conversate with other people easily. (Don't know the proper word...bashful was what I thought of...but not sure about it). She is also quite serious most times, although she can appreciate a nice joke.

Dreams: For all people to live the way they want, that is her idealistic dream. Her other dream is to achieve Zeher's dream.
History: Belle was born in Drum Kingdom to two loving parents, who named her "Belle" in the hopes that she would grow up to be beautiful. It must have worked, because she did. Moreover, she was also blessed with above-average intelligence for her age. Unfortunately, this attracted the attentions of an unscrupulous governor, who had her parents arrested and deported on trumped-up charges. Taking Belle in as a 'ward of the state', he attempted to make advances on her. When he was rejected, he sent her to Redwater in a furious rage. There she was subjected to an experiment that increased her brainpower to almost superhuman levels, which began to access psychic powers. Before the scientists could experiment further, however, Zeher led the rebellion that destroyed Redwater, freeing Belle in the process. Out of gratitude and wishing nobody else to go through what she experienced, she joined the Freedom Raiders as one of the six original members.
The longer she stayed with the Freedom Raiders, the more she began to like Zeher.
